ENTER BY THE DOOR

John 10:1, KJV

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber".

Enter by the door. It guarantees peace and eliminates fear. There will always be the door and some other way by which anyone may climb in. However, give attention, discipline and by well thought decision, enter by the only acceptable entrance. 

If any intends coming into your estate but chooses to climb in through the fence, you'll immediately identify him as a thief or a robber. He is defying the defined and obviously established rules of entering and accessing you. You immediately have reasons to suspect his motive. The reason is very simple. Any who wishes to visit must take the door - which is the gate. Anyone who wouldn't but seek to climb in by any other way declares himself and his aim by that sole act and his disobedience should be arrested and punished. 

The admonishment this morning is to, "enter by the door" and not "climb in some other way." The choice is before all of us on daily basis. Students writing exams are left with the choice of either entering through the door of studying and writing only what they could produce in the exam hall or seek to pass their exam by seeking alternatives in the term, 'examination malpractice'. If you ever need something and you're in dire need of it, so much more that it has become your thought day and night, you either wait on God from whom every good gift and every perfect gift comes from or you seek it through sin, crime or occultism. The Bible is clear on where "good gift" and "perfect gift" originates from. It's from above, from the Father of lights with whom there's no variableness or shadow of turning (James 1:17). So, if you'll enter through the door of right possessing, your entering should be by requesting, asking and seeking from God. You can have money and get it some other way. What matters is if yours is "the blessing of the Lord that makes rich and adds no sorrow" (Prov.10:22). If yours isn't, we should never believe you that the end (of having gotten wealth) is what justify the means (road, process and protocols) passed to getting your wealth. If you change figures or add to it, that'll be getting wealth by crime. If you went to the devil to acquire it, that'll be occult wealth. If you engaged in prostitution to have it, that'll be sin. In all, any of these three "other ways" are violations of God's command and will for man. He never proposes or wills that any one becomes wealthy by climbing in some other ways. The word, "climb" itself suggests illegality, unapproved entering but rather a thrust. God hates this and He's as well committed to punishing such as found in such ways and practices. The devil once suggests an alternative to having everything to Jesus. He said, 'bow to me and all these things shall be yours" (Matt.4:8-10). He appeals and woos Jesus with the kingdoms and glory of this world but God forbid, my Master sternly rebukes him having known that there's only one approved route by which He could regain what the first Adam had lost - the excruciating way of the cross. That's the cup that He must drink. Though Jesus Himself shivers under it. He said, "not My will but Yours" (Matt.26:29). You see, no one says the right process will be easy but there's always a supply of grace to bear it. 

The Bible says, "call unto me and I'll show you great and mighty things which you know not of" (Jer.33:3). That's entering by the door to finding out information and secrets in the spirit. However, there's an alternative to that. King Saul exemplifies that when he went to the witch of Endor to enquire instead of finding out from God (I Sam.28:7-14). One therefore becomes entering by the door and the other, climbing in some other way (by force or crook) just because you want to have the result. Anyone who engages in fetching information from the spirit realm but by bypassing the Holy Spirit is in the danger of the practice of witchcraft. 

You're aware that multitude in Africa, Latin America and every other places are seeking relocation to greener lands desperately. You can get all the papers - have a visa and passport and travel through the airport or you become an illegal immigrant who seeks to arrive at a destined land by breaching laws and thrusting himself into a country unaccounted for. Such people always face the wrath of the law and face a lot of untold hardships. Thousands have died even in the waters over this. They are opened to violence and oppression by territorial guards. Some are shot, maimed, robbed, forced into hard labour or prostitution at only where God knows. These occur because a man or a woman can't endure what it takes to travel legally. There's no one who seeks to enter by some other way who's not at the mercy of punishment and consequences somewhere. A cheating student fears being caught and penalized. What difference would it make if he studies and writes fluently without any fear of the unknown? Illegal immigrants are at the mercy of extortioners, arrest, imprisonment or un-probed death. Just so many! 

It is therefore best to enter by the door. Don't have unapproved relationship with a lady. You can know the parents and formalize it. Enter by the door. One gives rest and brings the endorsement of the right authority. The other makes you a thief and robber sought to be shot at first sight. It makes sense demanding respect therefore.  The requirements might be much and the process rigorous but seek to "enter by the door" and not "climb in by some other way." We all know that the road that leads to life is narrow and restricted. However, wide is the gate that leads to destruction and that's what accommodates all sorts of uncalled for acts and punishable disobedience. Choose today which way you'll enter by. Even if new standards were set or raised as to how things should be done, ensure you're not caught in the debased but the one lawfully endorsed by the government and co-signed by God or any human authority. Enter by the gate Christian! Avoid shame and embarassment. 

PRAYER: Lord, I will not be a disobedient fellow. I will not be a law breaker. I seek to enter by the door. Some other ways will not be attractive to me.

CHARM IS DECEITFUL!

Read Proverbs 31

Proverbs 31:30, KJV

"Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised".

"Favour" as it's used above is also translated "charm" in some versions. That place says, "charm is deceitful". That's actually the truth and you shouldn't begin to seek an alternative to that saying except you're a rebel. If any thinks he is knowledgeable or has become something as to improve on what God has said, the fellow will soon see his straying by the time he's caught in the tangle of his error and rebuked of the Lord. "Charm is deceitful" isn't an ordinary speech. The unsaid message the writer of that chapter wants you to take away is to be warned against the deception of charm. What it has potency to do can blindfold you from seeing what you should see. Not seeing this reality will therefore make you conclude on people's projected appeals and before you know it, you'll become the right victim of that saying that, "charm is deceitful." If someone who has experienced the truth on charm being deceptive should talk to a congregation of the inexperienced, they might not believe his words on being careful for charm. 

Charm isn't the first parameter to prioritize in choosing a spouse. Don't be carried away. That's because that's what charm seeks to do to you - to disarm your reason and off course your spirit from proper judgement. It'll enfold you like a gulf of smoke and before you see clearly, you're already in a marriage that how she pronounced each word phonetically, how he played the musical instrument with style and skill or how she danced are what brought you into it. No one continues to exist in such union when the nitty gritty of marriage begins to beat them. Immediately, the charm or projected attractiveness or spell of the beginning would have won of. There and then, you'll see what you should have saw. You'll see she's morally bereft and that she does not fear the Lord. You'll see his own manners too that are ill and you'll even observe in him a lot of frailties and imperfections. You'll be shocked at yourself if this is what you have acquired in the name of marriage. Yes, that's it. It has now become what you shall live by and endure. The Bible says of Adam and Eve that, "and they were both naked and were not ashamed" (Gen.2:25).

Nakedness does not happen except in marriage. You can court somebody for donkey years and you may not have their inner courts revelation. The day you pack into the same house is the day you'll begin to have additional revelation of who they are, capable of and could become. May it not be cry for you then by the time you begin to let loose of, "now, I see". In marriage, charm is not at the centre, it is sincerity and nakedness. Even if your spouse still has something he wants to camouflage, it's a matter of time before it comes out and you're aware of same. Openness as what characterises marriage is what gives couple that conscience to act like they are really are. They believe "I'm in my rest. I'm no longer hunting. I have no one to unnecessarrily charm again. I've been settled and so I can take things easy. I'm in my privacy, why wear a cover or mask?" Whether said or not, this will subtly characterize the life of anyone in marriage where their reality is what they live. Nobody lives with another person in marriage and all they do is to impress or let me say unnecessarrily impress the other. No! They declare themselves even unknowingly where they don't intend so. You know the bridegroom in John 2 was praised to have reserved the best wine for the end (John 2:10). It's not of man, any natural man to do that except a man who's operating at the level of, "but a woman/man who fears the Lord shall be praised." An operation in godly characters and not human appeals or mere gifts etc that blindfolds is what really lasts. But if you've been deceived, you may learn too late that charm is deceptive! At such and such time, you know as I do that reversal isn't possible. God hates divorce even if you have come to discover that an earrings is better in the nose of a pig than a jewel of adornment in the nose of your wife. 

Charm is deceitful! God's trying to arm us on mastering charm and protecting ourselves against what appeals to our unreasonableness. Whenever anyone exhumes charm, you can't but be exhilarated, delighted, bewitched, fascinated and transported. But that is the emotional part of you being worked on. Don't let that part makes judgement for you or you might be judged later. If you'll go on with those parameters, you may be deceived unfortunately by a woman or man who does not fear the Lord. So, instead of judging and concluding by the exhumed power or attractive personality of someone, first count the cost and ask yourself, "what is the wheat to the chaff?" The chaff is destined for one thing - to be swept away by the wind. It doesn't abide. But you, try and cultivate what abides and is most precious before God (Psalm 1:4). 

PRAYER: Lord, give me understanding not to be deceived. I cultivate Christ like virtues.

Read I Kings 17:1-17

Matthew 4:4, KJV

"But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God".

The Bible has told us how man ought to live. "Man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word that comes out of the mouth of God to him on daily basis" (Matt.4:4). It is this essential because yesterday's Word cannot keep man today. New ones must be processed and milled for his needs on daily basis. Else, debauchery and decay will begin with man. But I have found a remedy for that. It is the essential Word spoken at their fitting times that keep evil at bay. This Word which comes out of the mouth of the Lord, what is its intent? We should ask that question. To pull rank for that Word, it is Jesus who said it also. He said there's a problem man has found himself caught in. Instead of living by the Word of the Lord daily, it is food he solely prioritizes to live by. Man has come to believe that it is physical food that gives sustainance first of all but God is rerouting us to see that though man can't but eat and feed, yet he must never seek to live by physical bread alone. God is saying, it is not destined and fit man created in His own image and likeness yet the very target of Satan and all his strategies to live by physical food only but by instructions fitting time and season that God will author perterm for this individual man. This is how we are created. We are created to be ordered from above and have a life above that of the cattle or beast of the field which have no reason. To have this, live and experience same, you must daily receive Words, leading and guidance from above. This will separate you from experiencing the fate of the common men. This is when you can be regarded as not living "by bread alone" but by "every word that proceeds from the mouth of God." These are therefore the new generational men that have ceased the mouth of violence, sword and evil just by their obedience to the Word (not the logos now). 

Do you know that God has instruction for you to live by daily? That's why you're admonished to live by every word that proceeds from His mouth. For A in your life, He has a Word of concern and for B, He wants to speak to you also. There's always a new word that we can humbly gather and live by on daily basis. Since God expects our Christianity would be daily, in that we pray daily, study daily, cultivate holiness daily and do all daily, then we are put in a status where the daily God can guide us by Words that He speaks steadily and vomits for our well-being daily. And if I may tell you, if you're not here, you're yet not living life. The Bible won't tell you specifically the fellow to marry though it'll give you the general rule of not marrying an unbeliever. But, how will you know who amidst believers to marry? It is by living not by bread alone but by the rhema Word that God will speak at a time or season. This Word is tailored fitted for you and you only. Another has not heard such and if they have heard such, it won't be with your own specific details. The reason for that is simple. Your need is different from the needs of other Christians on the surface of the earth. One million of you may need a spouse but your calling, destiny and makeup are different. So, if God would not misfit you all, He must endeavour to find you a suitable helpmeet that can fit and couple you. That's what He did for Adam. Eve was found for him. No man could have married Eve and cope with her but Adam has an inbuilt ready made to accommodate her. God makes helpmeet to suit you. Not otherwise.  That's why all of you will never have the same details though you receive your requests. But, how does this happen if not by daily Words that we gather like the Israelites gather manna in the wilderness. This Word is so important that not having it in a day can hamper or handicap you. Your company can fold off within a day if you don't have this rhema Word when it should be with you for action. Lives may suddenly be lost and it may look like God is not the God of the called and calling again. No! He is but all these hurts may be as a result of being out of tune so much more that communications intended to aid your daily living aren't reaching you any longer. 

God told Elijah provision abides for him but he must do something. He must turn Eastward first of all. That's where provision is located and unless he changes direction and turn Eastward, he can wish for satisfaction but he'll have nothing. The instruction didn't compass him Southward or any other wards, it is Eastward. Then, we may want to see where Eastward would lead him to. Eastward would place him at Brook Cherith before Jordan. It is here God said he'll find protection. Protection not only from Ahab who will later seek his head but from the famine that he himself has prophesied. God takes thought for us and if you'll be a horse with bits in his mouth, you'll easily give Him the chance to turn your body to where He sees fit perterm. Unless you are, you'll be beaten by what shall beat others but if you can be tuned, turned, directed, located and situated just pertime by His Word, you'll always live above every expression of Satan. I don't care what he wants to bring or manufacture next but you shall always have it differently. Those who can sacrifice their will and ego to be turned by the Lord shall find pasture with Him as they'll be led to where He has sited the carcass of provision lies. But all begins with taken heed to the daily authoring and expression of Himself out of concern for us. Those who despise this daily Word will be overtaken and destroyed. They'll be sought and not found and that's because they shall not continue on the long run. I have a witness that God is calling men back to intimacy. Intimacy with the Holy Spirit so that by accuracy they might hear specifically and in order where God desires they should be and what He desires that they should do. Let me tell you this morning that death actually has no power. Apart from the fact that Jesus has stripped him of his power so much that the Bible says, "death, where is your sting (I Cor.15:55)", days of death are also over for any who can live by this communicable Words of God. If He does, how can his own path and that of the destroyer cross. Even if the enemy has made a cook up, he'll have a testimony that when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Lord shall lift a standard against him. Herein is our testimony and continuity. Here's why we continue to exist and why I believe that the tomorrow we have not seen has been seen. Daily Words lift and live us above daily floods. Those who lack these will pass on and suffer for their simplicity. Oooooh, we have an Oracle who knows all. The Spirit of truth knows all things and He can share same. This is our security and why the days of death and destruction are over for us on this Earth. As long as our steps are set on the path by the Words He solely speaks, we are assured of an expected end. You can curse as you want, send bewitchment in its multitude but if I ever live by the Words that daily proceeds from His faculty, I shall live and not die; I shall be fat and never be lean and even in famine, I shall laugh. This we have searched out as faithful word. Live by it. 

PRAYER: Father, open Your heaven and speak to me in and out season. May I not be dry and in want of Your word. May Your word to me make me smooth and effortless.

HE TELLS US OF THEM: ACQUIRING PROPHECIES FOR WARFARE AND WELFARE

Isaiah 42:9, KJV  

"Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them".

Did you hear that? That place says, "...He tells us of them." That's our advantage. The fact that He tells us of them. If He keeps shut, we would have been prey like the heathen. However, being made alive by Christ which opens us to information from Him makes us the privileged few who can continue to be irrespective of what happens on earth. Existence can't be sniffed out of you if He tells you of it and you act by them. 

"New things I declare. Before they spring up, He does what?" He tells us of them! Hallelujah, I am saved. It is in this I have confidence that I can have it differently from other men irrespective of their colour, status or kind. It is that, "before it springs forth, He tells us of them." In yesterday's devotional, you saw what it means to "foresee", that is, "see or know before hand". The same is still being said in this new verse. It says, "before it springs forth, I tell you of them". Let's wait to ask. "Spring forth where?" In heaven or on earth? Obviously the earth. God indeed says, "before it happens in your realm (the human realm), he tells us of them." God knows what's destined to happen is either a threat or a blessing to only one target - the earth. So, He seeks to give humans notification because of His love for them as His precious creation. This love is always in the breast of God to save human kind irrespective of the evil coming on the earth. In truth, you can be part of that saved people if you'll foresee and by that hide yourself. During the time of Noah, he found favour in the sight of God and being obedient unlike others was saved. He only commands that they come into the ark - a very type of Christ. The ark as our instrument of salvation is prepared and ready also. It comes at no cost to all who will come into it and by it be saved. So also, Christ, the Lamb of God slain from the foundations of the world is a prepared sacrifice or salvation that comes at no price to anyone. What I hear is, "only look and live; "only bathe and be clean." It is still, "believe and confess"(Rom.10:10). This is how to take this most important provision. 

Isaiah, the mouth of God pronounced saying, "...and new things do I declare:before they spring forth I tell you of them". The fact that it is, "before they spring forth (happen physically) He tells us of them" is what makes it a prophecy. Eyes have not seen it as physical tangibilities but we have it as realities (by faith) that we can hope for as God's mouth has said. Believing, we therefore treat them as tangibilities though in the spirit world but which would soon fall on the earth. It is this that gives us time to go into the field of preparation. This new thing that God declares which is not yet visible to human's faculty as happening is what God wants us see, act on and live by. 

God said, "shall I do anything and not tell Abraham? (Gen.18:17). It occurs to me that guy Abraham has walked with God. He has become so close that God would find it betrayal of trust if He passes by him without dropping him hints. On this basis, God told him what He's declaring which would sooner spring forth which by it, Abraham pleaded that Sodom might be spared. 

If you follow prophecies in the Bible and ones that the Holy Spirit will occasionally author in you or through others, you'll be saved from many events that beats others. World events have aligned with the Bible prophecies so clearly that it only takes a prejudice mind to regard the Bible as any other piece of literature. Prophecies are markers and they reveal timelines of things that must come to pass. With all my heart, I believe there's already a revival of the prophetic ministry in these last days. God would want you have a full light into what the future holds and by their knowing make choice of preparation whether to be saved or perish with sinners. The synoptic gospels have written a lot of prophecies that Jesus alone fulfills. I wonder at His life. I wonder at how the steps He carried and the ones carried for Him by parents are to the end that prophecy might be fulfilled. What a life! It is this that makes us wage a good warfare. The result of this good warfare is welfare and peace that it brings. But if you never hear and you never see ahead of the event, you'll count your losses at its happening.

PRAYER: Teach me the advantage of taking the handle of prophecy:as written in the Bible and as shown by the Holy Ghost. I believe and confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior.

FORESEE! - Hidden Series 003

Proverbs 22:3, KJV 

"A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished".

"Foresee" means to see, 'before hand', 'to have been notified earlier." The prudent sees early, takes preparation and so escape the punishment of the simple. This is who you should be.

No one desires being in darkness. This is the very reason why people go for consultation. The need to know and know before hand is driving them. In some cultures, when a child is born or even before then, they consult to know what he should become. This is not foolish but a wise preparation to focus and align with what their revealed destiny is stating. 

What the Holy Spirit seeks to explain today is not that people are not seeing. The problem is that they're not foreseeing. Just like a warrior would be in danger of death not seeing early a coming arrow, so will any Christian count losses if he can't foresee. Like the English would say, "many sees when the charmer can no longer charm." Let us ask, "of what use is such seeing?" Any seeing, knowing or discovery that's too late so that it couldn't save you is not functional. This is death or life matter we are seeking to salvage you from. We can't take chances. What matters is that you foresee and not see bedtime. Have you heard people say, "I see." Anyone who utters , "I see or now, I see" didn't see before. They showed him, they tried persuading him but somehow, he just couldn't see. However eventually, he sees. It is this eventual seeing but which is very late that makes him exclaim with delight that he sees. What seeing is that? I don't want to live in that. That seeing is too late. It will choke preparation. But whenever you foresee, you can always do much and put preparation down between the time you see something to come and when it would manifest. 

God is good and He is actually good every time. If we ever say otherwise, it is because we have missed time with God. There's no event that happens on earth that's not slated. Just like calendar, watch, map and flag is important to us on earth, so is it to them in heaven. They operate by appointed times. While God's calendar may be different from ours, in that a thousand years is taken for a day and a day for a thousand years (which reveals the reluctance of God in destroying the world but bearing with sinners that all may repent - II Pet.3:8), yet in calculation, such appointed times won't miss their slated times. They are like space shuttles released into space and destined to make appointment of arrival at a time. Though humans have a part to play in ensuring events slated are birthed but you can be assured that even if any event tarries, it would eventually speak. So, between the time God speaks and the time that speech would seek to manifest in a body (as event, situation or whatever), you have a time for preparation (either to take a shield for protection or dig to collect God's rain that'll fall). 

All is on foreseeing. All is on seeing ahead of the fallen of events. All is on not missing it or miscalculating. All is on having studied the geography and astronomy of spiritual travels. Indeed, you can know because Joseph knew. You can say this thing is firmly established seeing God doubles the revelation and act for escape correspondingly as Joseph said of Pharaoh's dreams. I speak "foresee" into your life. This is not the time to see when it's near but like one on a watchtower see into the faraway to come. Herein hangs your salvation and of others who are connected to you if you're a leader. 

PRAYER: Father, lighten my lamp; enlighten my darkness. Ordain me a lamp and illuminate me on things to come.

HE'S A PRUDENT MAN - Hidden Series 002

Proverbs 22:3, KJV

"A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished".

All of us are born with "closed eyes". If you ever have an awakened consciousness of something, it is from having cultivated or trained your faculty to receive and tentacle such things. He who despises instruction  the Bible says despises his own soul (Prov.15:32). Many times, it doesn't show for all to see that many have been living in defiance to instructions until they begin to reap consequences that alludes and vividly reveal them as fools to the world. 

However, our verse for today says, "a prudent man foresees the evil..." Why would or should he be called a prudent man? At what point did he earn that honourable name of being "prudent?" Did it just fall on him or by some kind of initiative he earns it? The Bible says, "He (God) wakens morning by morning, He wakens mine ear to hear as the learned" (Isaiah  50:4). This man who got described as prudent here has earned a Ph.d in knowing things and that comes from the receptive ability to foresee. He not only foresee evil but he also foresees good. The Holy Spirit inside you or the very purpose of discernment is not only to decipher what evil is coming on earth but what good God has ordained for a season. The earlier privy to the knowledge of these two  is what always ensure a better preparation for both events. You can maximize good and escape the evil. For that reason, you must become a prophet yourself - one who foresees by the telescope of the Holy Spirit things that are to come upon the earth.  This prudent man is not in the class of he who sees the evil of today and doesn't sight that of tomorrow. He is a prophet. He becomes that and earns being called, "the prudent man" because he always avoid the unfortunate fate of others. What makes him prudent is not in the money that he has more than another but in the fact - simple and just fact that he could foresee the evil and by this knowledge take cover. You see, what marks you as wise before the whole world would be the difference in what you experience. 

Today, may your ears pop open. May you see beyond all constraints. May you be taken for a walk by the Holy Spirit into the deep things of God and future events. You'll no longer be a fool - who sleeps and wakes yet without any instruction that falls to him from heaven to act on. Even Jesus acted on heavenly instructions and that's what makes the difference. The revelation we're opened to and the knowledge we have becomes the protective armour we can wear for defence against days that'll become intolerable.

You can never never be marked as prudent if you don't begin to receive and act on divine wisdom, precepts and instructions. The day your body begins to be harnessed and controlled by unparalleled instructions of heaven is the day that you enter the degree of a man worthy to be called, "prudent". The Bible says, "for as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" (Isaiah  55:9). Now, if God's thoughts are higher than ours, it means living by that same thought and oracular wisdom would make you live and excel above the wisdom of men on earth. You have heard of the Lock Down that came on all unexpectantly before. In these last days, we can all expect more brutally oriented events nationally and worldwide but the prudent would always have it different. It's not because they are the most educated or politicians who have news but basically because they are men who are in pact with the Holy Spirit - the author of divine breathing. This breathing like God released into Adam and gave to the church on Pentecost is what quickens them, make them alive and over-takers of world events. World events will overtake and grind many to pieces but the prudent are directed by divine impartation of God's wisdom to float about what will trouble the earth. The flood will come and many shall be washed away but be sure that Noah will dwell secured in the ark. What sinks some will therefore float others. That'll be because of readiness and preparation taken. You can be prepared too.

PRAYER: Lord, I want to earn the testimony and name of being, "prudent". Open my eyes to see and act.

HE HIDES HIMSELF - Hidden Series 001

Proverbs 22:3, KJV

"A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished".

"...and he hides himself". What wisdom! Good and bad are the programmes that run on earth. If you're of the human race, these two events remain undeniable. Meanwhile, a Christian has not been left at the mercy of the situations of his days. Just as Jesus is Lord over the Sabbath (Matt.12:8), man by divine revelation can rule over life and its events also. You can always be ahead and above. John speaking of Jesus says, "He who comes from above is above all" (John 3:31). If you're of this "above" seed, your experiences ought replicate Christ's whom you're joined to. If you claim Him to be your model, you can't but have an impartation of your life by His. Accident/crashes, riot, market downturn etc are events that can never be wholly stamped out. Meanwhile, you can take cover and be sure to have cover when they happen. 

Christian, in short, you can rule by divine revelation. There are two subjects that must be taught in order that it might become flesh to us. Over the years, I have emphasized on these. It is how to live by faith and how to be led by the Spirit. As a Christian, priortize it above power. If you can master how to walk with the Holy Spirit, so much more that where He seeks to turn you is where you turn at a particular time, then, many things in this life won't be able to beat you. 

Reveal to me a Christian who died in an accident, on the operation table, lost a child in an incident or money in a deal, these are usually emotional people who don't rule or live by divine revelation. May I announce something to you? The kind of events that would happen as End Time nears and because Satan now goes about in a hurry and with much seriousness as his time winds down are not ones any thoughtful for survival Christian ought take for granted by excusing themselves from the girding and preparation that can anchor them when the storm comes. Satan has opened his whole armoury. He's not sparing any weapon. He wants to dampen and depress Christians by the untold events that would befall their families, businesses, ministries, finances and even health, so that they may be rendered weary and depressed if at all they can't be quenched. If you've ever being under an assault of the devil before like Job faced (where before one unfortunate event concludes, another is declared - Job 1:13-19), you'll know what it means for one's arm to be strengthened by the Lord God of Jacob or for one's bow to abide in strength.

End Time would feature war, famine, rumour of war, pestilence, persecution, deception etc (Matt.24:6-31) and this would not spare anyone. It is therefore your responsibility, your sole responsibility to team with the Holy Spirit as to how to be carried above these life challenges that He can forecast, foresee and communicate to you as each would be revealed. If you miss this divine help and think a robot or a new invention would substitute God Almighty in this realm, you might have perished with your wealth before you know that the God head is different from a gold head. 

That place says, "the prudent man foresees the evil, (ad because he has a notification at hand) takes the initiative of "hiding himself." Have you met people who lament with, "had I known before?" Have you heard people say, "only if I knew." You see, it's not all of such people that are seeking to excuse themselves. Some are sincere men and women who if they had known what evil was to befall the earth could have gone to hide by arming themselves with the right preparation. Meanwhile, not knowing would not still shield you from the fate of the ignorant! Having a heart that could have obeyed would not still exclude you from being punished with sinners because you eventually didn't obey anything. Off course, that'll solely be because you despise God's provision in the person of the Holy Spirit to you. Holy Spirit custodies all knowledge: of things that have happened, that's happening and that'll happen. You can draw and receive updates from Him daily. We know this comes from first receiving Jesus into one's life (being born again) which can be furthered by intentionally pursuit of fellowship with the Holy Spirit under the released grace of God to grow and be perfect. If you can't pay this price, you could then wait to be counted amidst the multitude who are godless and without hope in this world when the next natural disaster or calamity happens. 

It is either you live or you leave. Christians must be resolute in their decision to live with refusal to be shifted out of the earth until they have fulfilled the will of God in their generation like David (Acts 13:36). As far as the Holy Spirit is witnessing to me, "some will leave their estates behind taking a bow" and that's because they can't "live" to service a relationship that would open them to the floodgates of information that awakens their being and makes them be the 'fortunate ones' always. An evil is coming upon the earth, it shall come and not tarry. The greatest will be the rapture. So, are you hidden in Christ? Is your name written at all in the Book of Life? If you don't have that testimony and you know, get ready for an eternal loss instead of eternal life or security. 

PRAYER: Lord, teach me to cherish hiding and all it entails. I confess Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior. I'm saved from eternal flame.
