FATHER OF ALL CREATURES AND ADMINISTRATOR OF ALL

Read Psalm 104

Psalms 104:24, KJV

"O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches".

There's no one as caring for all living than God. When God created all living things: plants and animals, you'll know from His allocating a habitat and food for survival for each that He desires that all should live well. God doesn't suffer creation. He created them all and then in wisdom administers them all. No wonder the Psalmist in a mind bugling manner after seeing the orderliness of God in putting each creature where they should live and then making provision of how to live and what to feed on for sustainment for them cries out in praise of God's wisdom. What did he see? Did he see a thing at all? He said, "How many are thy works? In wisdom have you done all. The earth is full of thy riches." It wouldn't have taken wisdom to do all if not that they were many works. God is not confused despite how much they were. Despite the so many things He created and need oversee, He created all in wisdom so that all might live as if He, God is no longer present to see to their welfare. It is this wisdom that makes the earth to be in turn full of God's riches. It is just well off for the earth and all its inhabitants: men, animals or plants.  What did this Psalm tell us about the many works of God's hands?

After the creation of heaven and earth. God began to fill the earth.

God send the springs into the valleys and amidst the mountains to feed both bird and beasts. It takes a thinking person to have done that. It shows God's care for all He has created. Creation or invention is not as important as maintenance. That they could all be sustained is the most important. That after creation, they didn't die of hunger and perish is what matters. As He does this, He gives rain to water the earth so there will be grass for animals and herbs for the service of men. Is that not food for the work of God's hands again? Look at what God puts in place because of His creature again. Is any father not in agreement with this? Is this not how you see to it that your children (so to say work of your hands) has wherewithal that they don't know where it's coming from to feed on for nourishment. Then, He gave trees for the shelter and housing of birds. As for the stork, the fir tree is her house. No other bird debates its housing with it. God has allocated for each. As for the wild goats, the high hills are his house. As for the conies, the rocks. You see, all of them have their places provided for them by God who didn't get confused.

This makeup of God not only takes effect on earth but rather extends to the sea. The sea is full of innumerable countless creatures that creeps. In that same big world has God placed the sea monster known as Leviathan. God created a whole habitat for him that He might play. Is this not how man thinks of his children as to create play ground for them and buy the toys that delights and aid their play? All these creatures all wait on God including man for survival. God created them to depend and take livelihood from Him. That's why "in Him we live, move and have our being" is still very important. It is God's generosity that keeps them alive. God as a super manager has created habitats, worlds and wherewithal of coping/laws of living around each so much more that God don't have to come around to apply effort to see that one lives and lives well. The rain knows its season and it rains. If that be, there'll be grasses for the beasts to eat. What God has instructed, He is not instructing again. God has ordered all in wisdom and I think this is the kind of wisdom you need to create things in your life and put them in their places. So much more that they won't conflict. Receive the power of invention for innumerable things and receive God's wisdom to order them without getting confused. This world shall not be bigger than your wisdom. You shall in truth have it under subjection and dominion.

PRAYER: Father and Creator of all creatures, I receive wisdom of creation and administration from You today. I shall live to subdue and bring profit out of the earth.

IN THE CLOUD

Read Esther 6:1-11

Genesis 9:13, KJV

"I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth".

This month is our cloud month. There are those God wants to place in the cloud. The idea of placing something in the cloud is extremely distinguishing. God himself placed the rainbow in the sky. It therefore becomes obviously impossible for it to be hidden. A thing up there and one down here will attract different attention to themselves. God is setting men in the cloud. This setting up is not one that God is just doing as if He were irresponsible. Men He'll set in the clouds are those who have been tried and those who could show forth His life. The idea of setting them in the cloud therefore is to have life of Christ: His character and charisma revealed by example to the many humans that may consider them as examples to follow. Stars easily model character for many to follow.

It doesn't cost God much to help you in transitioning. While every Christian is in the Father's heart, yet it is not all Christians that God Himself will consider to make a cloud or rainbow Christian. The reason is simple. So that they won't set the wrong precedence. Did the Bible not say, "a city set on a hill can't be hidden neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel". This is the moment of revelation. If you've been light indeed, then God's intention isn't that you remain hidden. Those of you who have satisfied God's heart in the secret, where nobody watches, where nobody interferes; God is bringing a just recompense of setting you in the cloud. Who lights a candle and put it under a bushel? None does that. God doesn't put the rainbow in the cloud to be obscene. He wants all eyes to see you as he that He is certain of his life as one that will draw Glory to God. God is raising new stars, models and kingdom examples and if you'll continue to pass tests with God, He'll make you such one amidst men.

One king asked, "What shall be done unto the man the king desires to honour?" At the time this was coming out of King Ahasuerus' mouth, Mordecai had already saved his life and he has even gone unnoticed let alone rewarded. However, God called back that act of Mordecai and God rewarded Mordecai by setting him in the cloud. First, Haman who thought it would be him the king had thought to do such honour recommended such man to be honoured by being fully costumed in the king's worn clothe and then made to ride on his horse while taken throughout the city by one honoured princes of the king with a shout at every point in time that, "This is what example God makes out of the people He wants to honour".

Don't you like that? That's fame you're seeing in manifestation. For Haman, that's what he needed next but it is not of God to give the platform to men of crooked characters to rise. It's because they'll spread their crookedness. They may choose to rise through their notoriety but like Haman, they'll always fall before a Jew. God is raising you up, setting you up to take your place where the sun, moon and stars becomes obviously visible for all to see. His intention is one.

Matthew 5:16, KJV

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven".

As long as you bring glory to God, He doesn't mind your enjoying the affluence and much of that He'll still bring. So, know why you're being set in the cloud. The Lord has made up His mind to bless and of men to make stars, He won't change it. This is your time of great rising to where all eyes sees and where all gazes are directed to.

PRAYER: God, I learn discipleship that I may not be a crooked example. I shall be to the praise of God always.

RESPONSIBILITY OR PRESTIGE FIRST OF ALL?

READ Acts 6:1-4

Genesis 39:6, KJV

"And he left all that he had in Joseph's hand; and he knew not ought he had, save the bread which he did eat..."

Responsibility brings prestige and not vice-versa. We must know what to give priority to that causes other things to exist. You can't seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness and not have all these things added unto you (Matthew 6:33).

In today's passage, Potiphar took no thought for anything he had except the food he ate. He has found a trustworthy fellow in whose hands everything blossoms that he could delegates to. You might therefore mistaken Joseph as the hard worker and Potiphar as the eater only! You might turn to defend Joseph for being made the donkey and abuse Potiphar for his laziness, neglect and inaction.

There's prestige in that act of Potiphar leaving all to Joseph. However, what cause it? That's typical of men of status. Many of the works they should attend to are being attended to by others. Do they just choose to be excused in order to be gallivanting around?

Despite the fact that Potiphar left all that concerns the household in the hands of Joseph doesn't make an irresponsible man out of him. It was the so many demands in his hands that warranted his looking out for whom to delegate to in the first instance. Potiphar was the chief of guards of Pharaoh. In those days, politicians do go on campaigns even outside their countries. At this time, Egypt rules as a world power. Imagine the responsibilities in the hands of any attached to Pharaoh in government. So, when Potiphar left household duties to Joseph, it was not to be sleeping and waking up but to rather give attention to utmost important things.

One thing that's typical of all high leaders is that they free their time from things that could waste it or divert it from its ultimate focus. Potiphar already had much at hand and if he'll perform effectively in order to satisfy Pharaoh who had enlisted him, he must seek to see how his works could be cushioned. Why make a priority of domestic matters when national matters cry out for help. From earning commendations for national jobs well done, domestic matters receive life, allocation and resources from which they take their being. Off course, there's a place of giving attention to family. This is where Potiphar might have missed it which might have caused the wife to descend so low as to have the head of slaves, Joseph in bed. Of course, that's who she sees daily. Potiphar was therefore revealed by this event as one that rarely stays at home. That's why it was not until Potiphar arrives that she shows him the false evidence she has against Joseph and further accuses him to him. Only a busy man is not always available.

What am I saying? If you embrace the work, you'll have the prestige. Potiphar was doing the work before it got to a place where he was too big to continue taking thought for some issues. So, he had it delegated. You can grow to a place also where your social media accounts are managed for you; where domestic workers are the ones who does the laundry, cooking and cleaning. This won't just come by desiring it but by living the life that gives it.

There's no one that gives himself to the demands of his calling or career that won't one day face the consequence of enlargement faced in verse 1 of Acts 6 that warranted needing further hands. Once enlargement steps in, such is going to be besetted on every sides and would begin to look for escapes. In seeking solutions, he'll have to drop off some lesser duties to embrace higher ones on which his life hinges to preserve his relevance. This is where the apostles of the Lamb got to before they say, "look out for yourselves men that are full of certain qualifications and let them see to this matter. As for us, we'll major in the ministry of the Word and prayer." It wasn't that they were exercising pride by saying they can't serve tables again. We knew they once did.

So, as a leader, know the wheat from the shaft. No what to delegate from what to cling to. That's your salvation from being idle also. It isn't pride that Potiphar no longer takes thought for petty issues (when a Joseph is there); higher responsibilities called him to come up hither.

Don't just salute people as the boss (those enjoying life only) or think they have all the time to spare when you discover they don't do domestic or ordinary tasks daily. No. They're still as busy or busier than before despite the jettisoning of those tasks.

Whenever there's a jettisoning, it is the elimination of a lower task for a higher and riskier task. So, the task is still tasky. So, don't covet a big status if you can't live out its responsibilities.

PRAYER: Lord, teach me what to pay attention to as I scale the ladder of leadership. May I not have misplaced priority.

THE "ALL THINGS WELL" GOD

Read Mark 7:32-37

Mark 7:37, KJV

"And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak."

There's a God that does it all. Once He comes for you, He doesn't give attention to only one, He does it all. If He meets ten things as need in your life to be attended to, He won't attempt some and jettison others.

A deaf and dumb was brought to Jesus with pleads that He should put His hand on him. They knew what God could wrath through Jesus before they requested Him to put His hand on him. Do you think they'll tell an ordinary fellow that? Having a revelation of the God that does miracle is key to receiving miracle. That statement of theirs reveals their assurance in Jesus and the truth that miracles can be received. Just as they had exercised their faith, the fellow was healed. He speaks and he hears now. To this miracle, the crowd said, "He has done all things well, He makes both the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak."

How many problem did this fellow has? Two! Did Jesus only cure him of one or both? You see, God when He does His thing settles it completely. He who created the mouth will in addition create with it what the mouth will eat. I heard a verse now. Here is it:

1 Corinthians 10:13, KJV  "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."

The temptation may be present but the way of escape will be opened also. All things well God! Everything is well God! He repairs all. He doesn't hesitate in doing one and leaving the other to still bother you. I pray that God will make all things well in your life. The numerousness of your need doesn't pose challenge to God. He'll go round them and do all things well. All things has its place and He'll put each in its place.

I heard of a brother who got a partial scholarship to go study abroad. While on the study, he needed to balance up. He had no where to go but to turn to his pastor. The pastor spoke to another brother of their denomination who's also abroad to lend him the money and that he'll pay later. That one did. As the lender knelt to pray one day, God told him he should let the money go and that that was His money for that brother He kept with him.

That's how He that gave a partial scholarship to that brother cleared the payment also. Has He not done all things well? Did He not give a scholarship and also finance it?

So, let your mind be at rest. If God is telling you to go ahead on a matter, it has been financed. Only that God is not showing you the prove or receipt of it being financed. Preparation is always in place and ahead for you. Do you receive that? Even if you have twin matters at hand to settle, believe that God will attend to all. May your needs be met. May you also look up to heaven in awesome wonder that God has done all things well by listing the numerous things He has done for you. May you be shocked and in gratitude say, "what a thing, what a God who has done all things well." For those who are deaf and dumb this morning, may He that settled these two related problems and attracted the "all things well testimony" touch you. I say, be opened and let the string of your tongue be loosed."

PRAYER: When you send people, you go with them. Show me your commitment Lord. Meet my numerous needs and let me know You as "All things well God!"

IF YOU DO WELL

Genesis 4:6-7, KJV

"6 And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? 7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him."

God wants you know that there's no authority that should be terror to good work. By godly ordaining, they are to commend good and fall upon evil works or seemingly ones.

Romans 13:3, KJV

"For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:"

In today's reading, God commended Abel over Cain. Both of them brought offerings to the Lord but one won God's approval and so was commended while the other was corrected to emulate doing well also. God is seen as an authority whose right it is to commend or ask for more. He did just that.

All authorities wherever they may be must know that it's their exclusive right to be terror to evil works and praiser of good works. Never feel you'll be making enemies or make your followers/workers enemies of themselves if you give commendation to one but ask the other to do better. They may see it so but that shouldn't deter you. As long as you're not biased in rewarding, then you will have a clear conscience to implement such and continually have their respect.

God while speaking to Cain said, "if you do well, will you not be accepted?"

So, there shouldn't be any system that applauds people that doesn't do well above those that does well. If you find yourself in a system and what goes on there is the sacrifice of good for evil, then you're not well situated. Such system can destroy you and make you a man of evil intention and evil act.

God is a very just One. He exhibited fairness where we read. God isn't partial or discriminatory like Cain by his being angry feels God is. Rather, God has just discharged as a good leader should divide between those who have done well and those who haven't.

God said, "if you do well, will you not be accepted?  This shows God is not judging by any other standard but that of "doing well." God was saying, "don't think I hate you. If you had done well like your brother, I would have commended you." He knew God was justified over him. He knew he had not done well indeed. It pained him and he couldn't argue it with God. He knew just like God knew that he hadn't done well. Don't be one of such that it is at reward time they blame themselves for the job they could have done or done better.

All leaders, authority figures etc must learn from God. You must know what to encourage and discourage by what you commend or withhold commendation from. When God commended Abel, God indirectly was telling him to act that way the more and not change. When God didn't commend Cain, God was saying, there's a thing to repair. Do that and you'll be accepted. For as many that are angry, feels cheated, embarrassed, discriminated against etc, because someone was righteously and sincerely commended over you by an authority figure in your lives; you must know you're not owned an apology. The question you should ask yourself is, "if I do well, will I not be accepted."

You should rather be sorry for not doing well and seek to win approval next time. Your person, your work or act etc that was not commended was because you didn't do well. The criteria for judging is opened to all to evaluate. It is not a mystery or a thing not explainable that could justify your not being praised. Doing well wins praise. Doing contrarily demands correction. This ain't hatred but setting right!

PRAYER: I have capacity for good inside me. I exhibit same in all human endeavour. Let the Spirit of excellence that outruns multitude to win urges me on.

LEADERLESS YET ORGANIZED

Read Proverbs 30:24-28

Proverbs 30:27, KJV

"The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands"

Do you know that you can outperform your deficiency? The Holy Spirit wants that to be concretized in you. Normally, we mourn what we don't have and blame what we couldn't do on same. However, we can be born anew mentally to begin to act differently. It is not all the time that deficiency is a permanent restriction. Due to growth and the kind of mindset some have come to arm themselves with over the years, they even believe that out of every deficiency, they can call out a blessing. Was it not out of the strong Samson scrapped honey? Without the strong being killed, who can of it gather honey? To kill the strong (a lion) is obviously a hard thing to do yet the testimony of getting what is sweet is from what poses difficulty being defeated.

In our Bible passage today, reference was made to some four things that are small but are extremely wise.

Proverbs 30:24, KJV

"There be four things which are little upon the earth, but they are exceeding wise"

So, what we are here to study is the wisdom of one of these four characters. They are the locusts. The locusts are said to be leaderless. They have no king. What is the function of a king? He gives the vision, agenda and guides all towards it. That's what the locusts lack. The entity that will instruct, manage and motivate them towards comportment of themselves is lacking in their lives. I have heard people attach misbehaviour to lack of parenting (mentoring) or parents. Some truths are in there because some have manifested the failure of lacking it but it's not always true. You also must not give excuses for failure because you lack a life's manager.  Meanwhile, what could have created deficiency for the locusts was not at all allowed by them. Despite the fact that they lack a king (someone to pack them together and tell them how to behave), the Bible recorded that they still excel.

Where is their excellence manifested? "...yet, they match in bands!"

Do you understand that? That is, they don't have a scattered life. If you have seen locusts before matching, you'll know they're organized yet they don't have an organizer. When programmes are to be done, there's always the organizers. We put that on ground so that we won't suffer harm but that the programme will fulfill its purpose. That's what the locusts lack yet they still excelled.

Those of you who are giving excuses as to why you have failed or why you are how you are, you better let the years of blaming it on something or someone go. Embrace responsibility like the locusts. Let your testimony be, "...despite lacking this and not having that, I still made it." The locusts have no king yet all of them still match in bands towards a singular purpose. Not even one of them - even the youngest deviates from this attribute of excellence. You wonder where they pick the initiative for correct behaviour from. Even the forces of nations must be taught to go out or fight in bands or groups. But the locusts were not taught by another but intuitively picks that. It was a self taught thing.

I pray that you will pick the revelation of things to live up to. That's what can mark you out. Each of us can be self taught. When we are self taught, many of our problems will be eliminated since we don't need A to put B right. We will do what's expected of us. Organizations, families, nations etc can then run as if it is being auto-piloted.

One day, I told my younger brother to mind how he lives. I gave him instances and told him he shouldn't boast or pull rank by saying, "he has me to lean on." There are children who say that and despise what they can become on their own. John warned some people not to be self deceived as to say they have Abraham as their father also [Matthew 3:9].

You see, why was I telling my brother that? He was beginning to fail and not bringing forth corresponding results of his age. I told him, all of us have been fatherless for over a period of 11 years and we can't even put much on our mother. Should we not be self taught? Throughout my undergraduate days, my mother never called me once to ask whether I was serious. She knew it is me. I went with self determination. I didn't need a king over me to begin to show me the ABC of what to face. I hunted for it and pursued after it. When I got to campus, I was the one searching for the fellowship I later became her president and not Christians trying to harvest or salvage my soul.

May your story be like this. Wherever you have deficiencies, may you receive the testimony of having not being limited by it because the natural thing is to be limited by what we don't have. May you however surprise the world as to put in their mouth stories of how you excelled despite your lack. Receive by revelation how to act in proper behaviour and be praised for same.

May the invisible Holy Spirit be King over you so that physical kings will call you a proper child and one to testify about.

PRAYER: Father, I rise and perform beyond deficiencies in my life. I shall have a testimony to give while saying, "despite all..."

BUOYANT IN SOUL AND SPIRIT

Read Isaiah 61:1-5

Psalms 4:7, KJV

"Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased."

The Lord do not want us to be heavy. He wants us to be cheerful and do joyous acts round about. That place gives God the credence of putting joy in one's heart. It acknowledges it is He that owns exceeding gladness and can put it in one's heart. This exceeding gladness don't come from another quarters but from God.

We have read time without number that every good and perfect gift comes from above. It is not below or from any other places. If you want the exceeding gladness, more than they have when there's an increase in their output, such comes from God. However, you can still settle with the ordinary joy. But if you want the kind of joy that will call forth extraordinary behaviours that we can liken to misbehaviours, let God give you just a doze of this gladness' injection.

You see, a gladdened heart is like a plastic bowl that stays afloat on the water surface. It won't only stay afloat, it will swim or dance around. It will be buoyant. It will soar. It will be mobile.

Compare this to a depressed, tired or battered soul. That one will look like a plastic bowl that is drowned. It will go into the water and be stayed just at the very bottom of it. To bring it to the surface, you must go into the deep to escalate it. That's what the garment of heaviness does to people. It makes them sink and remain still at the bottom! Chances of returning are slim. That spirit holds them captive in the bottom of the bottom.

Isaiah 61:3, KJV

"To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, THE OIL OF JOY FOR MOURNING, THE GARMENT OF PRAISE FOR THE SPIRIT OF HEAVINESS; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified."

Have you seen someone that's heavy and has that iron garment worn on him do acts of a fellow with a raised head before? No! The fellow will just be shut down. I believe the garment of heaviness just like the name suggests is a very heavy garment that whomsoever it is worn upon has to sink immediately. Activities are always brought to a halt. I'll give an analogy. If you want to sink or drown some things in water and your goal is that they should go to the very bottom, what do you do? You look for a heavy object and tie such buoyant object to that thing that by the reason of its own nature can't but sink. Now, that heavy object will restrict the buoyant nature of the other object. It will rather take it with itself down to the very bottom of the water where there won't be any hope of coming back.

When David wanted to go fight Goliath, a coat or armour of mail was worn him. Immediately, one thing results. He couldn't walk in them. His ability to be mobile like a free bird was immediately tampered with. Until it was removed, David couldn't act very freely and swiftly. Garment of heaviness is just like that. It overwhelms its victim and bring another nature over them. If you're around a fellow with a heavy garment worn him, you'll sense it. It is even contagious.

Such will be at the lowest of the lowest. Like led, he'll sink into the water [I Samuel 17].

But God don't appreciate a heavy spirit either. He wants you to swim, soar and be buoyant both in soul and spirit. What a thing!

If we compare gladness with gladness, we'll see God has done everything perfectly well before delivering to those He gives gladness or joy to. The gladness He offers is the type that exceeds what the world knows. A comparison is immediately sets between the joy God injects in a Christian and the joy exhibited at an increase of yield or at harvest. If you hear that your salary is raised, you'll obviously be happy. That's an increased yield. If you plant and your land brings forth very plentiful, you'll be happy that you're reaping more than you sow. However, this God given gladness surpasses that which they (the heathen or unbelievers) know when what could cause joy that we humans respond to happens to them.

I pray for you that you will know, hear, see joy. God will use you as a demonstration of a joyous Christian. Wherever you've sunk, the resurrecting power of God will bring you to the surface and you'll maintain buoyancy. All heavy spirit is bound and casted out. Moodiness is arrested. That melancholy demon that makes you unstable in  emotion is rebuked. I say be like a clear weather. Don't be cloudy again. Let people around you enjoy you. Bring delight and be delightful.

PRAYER: The blessing of the Lord it makes rich without adding any sorrow, I claim your gladness Lord. Experiment gladness with me.
