THE SHOUT OF A KING IS AMONG THEM - The Shout Of A King Series 001

Numbers 23:21, KJV

"He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them."

You will not be alone. I forbid it! You shall never be alone. I pray for you, in your journey of life, you won't walk alone. May it be said of you that, "you never walked alone." May the shout of a King be amidst you. May it be in your tent. May it be in your family. 

What scares the enemy is the King among us. What makes him shiver is the shout of the King among us? Why the enemy wouldn't carry a sheep away from the flock is because he knows so well that we have a Master protector. We are not alone. We have not been left comfortless or fatherless. 

The Lord our God is with us. The shout of a King is among us. That is why we rejoice. If for anything, that is why our mountain has been made so strong. If you ever see me proclaim things in boldness or do acts of faith exuberantly, it's not because of any strength in myself. It is because of the backing I know I have. I know that the shout, support, strength, reputation, power, backing of the King is with me. 

Have you not heard that, "the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runs into it and is saved?" (Prov. 18:10). That's our defence. That's our shade. 

Have you seen little kids running to their father after they might have acted mischievously before? Do you wonder why it's to their father's chest or in-between his knees they flee to? It's because they know he's their defender. He's greater than they are and irrespective of what may want to come their way, they believe he has the power and wherewithal to stop it and protect them from being beaten by it. 

They know why an intruder won't break into their home to come and beat them while their parents are watching is because the shout of a king (now their parents) is among them. He would rather wait for them to leave under their shelter. So, they rejoice and yield whatsoever might come their way to their capable big dad or mum's capability. At times, when you even pursue after them and they feel threatened, they might wade you off by calling daddy or mummy on you. Not wanting to deal with the parents, you'll take a break and wait for a convenient time to deal with them when they have left under their shelter. 

Guess what those children are leveraging...? The shout of a king (now their parents) among them!

I want you to have faith and trust like these little kids. If indeed the shout of a King is amidst you, you'll exhibit confidence. You'll call the earth and all that is in it thereof yours because it's your Father's. When you know that you're not alone but the presence of a King is amidst you, there won't be any place you cannot enter even if you know nobody. There won't even be anybody you won't be able to look in the eyes and speak to on what concerns you.  

Go with this remembrance this morning. You are not alone. You are special. You are strong. You are capable and that's because the shout of a King (the King of kings) is amidst you. He's not dead. He's alive and He acts to His name. 

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your residual presence in my life and around me. Thank You for not having vacated my life. I am strong because You're in my midst, ruling and administering in my camp.
