YOUR MOMENT OF UNDERSTANDING!
"And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually."
You will enter into a moment that will be your moment of revelation. It is called your moment of understanding.
Clarity can never be toiled with in life. Your life and daily success relies heavily on it. That's why I'm praying for you that you will enter into your moment of understanding at critical times when it is needed.
When there's no moment of understanding, business continues as usual. When there's no moment of understanding, behavior doesn't change. When there's no moment of understanding, people cannot stiff losses or contain leakages. Why? It will not be obvious to them that something is wrong. But once the Holy Spirit speaks or peaks and they have insight, perception or in-road into something that has remained shrouded all this while, then light will answer and they'll agree, giving a nod.
May you enter into your moment of understanding. I declare, let veils be lifted and torn if necessary. Let darkness be dispersed. Let light enter and let certainty be established in your heart.
This Shunammite woman's saying has become a big river in my heart. It is still flowing. She says to her husband, "Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually."
"Behold", means "see!" She was saying in essence, pay attention. This is a holy man of God that has been passing by us all this while. But significantly beyond all that is how she hinted how she knew. She said, "I perceive that this is a holy man of God..."
How many of you remember that it wasn't the first time Elisha and this woman were meeting? Nothing was different to her on all those occasions they had met earlier. Meanwhile, on this particular occasion, she exclaimed, "I perceive that this is a holy man of God..." That day, she resolved and published her evidence!
That was her moment of understanding. The quicker you understand; the quicker you come to the knowledge of certain life's truths, facts and hacks. If you always understand late, others who understood earlier would have carried many steps and achieved dimensional results ahead of you. As a matter of fact, there's a place where late understanding can be detrimental to your life. How? The Bible says, "The prudent man foresees the evil and he hides himself but the simple pass on and are punished" (Prov.22:3). if you're not of quick understanding, the evil would not have been earlier sighted. It will just come and weed you off like that. Like a flood, you will have no preparation against it.
That's why it's my prayer for you that God will specially baptize you with quick understanding going forward into this new year - 2026. When you operate with quick understanding, when others are still in Egypt, you'll be in Canaan. When others are still slaving it out under sin, you'll be ruled by righteousness, bringing forth your fruits as a young man or woman and getting pruned to bring forth more (John 15:2).
All these are tied to quick understanding - having a revelation or perception of what should be done and doing it. When you do, you'll have the benefits that follow. How many of you observed that Elisha didn't prophesy or pray for the Shunammite on having a child until after her moment of understanding which led to Elisha's being brought under their roof as a resident?
It was then Elisha now said, "call this Shunammite. She has gone through a lot in taking care of us. What can we do for her?" (II Kings 4:12-13).
This woman herself confessed that they've been missing their blessing hidden in Elisha who has only been stopping by and progressing on his way. But that changed with her moment of understanding that peaked. Their action immediately changed and they sought how to build a place for Elisha in order to contain him. You see, once understanding hits you, you'll take a step differently. As a matter of fact, you'll shock a lot of people. They'll wonder why you're doing what you're doing. You know people could have asked that family why they're building an upper room. They never had any plan to do that until their moment of understanding hit. It hits and we see to what end the sacrifice they made for Elisha led to. Onward into 2026, you will not be deprived of understanding. You will perceive for a very quick action. You will not be caught unawares. You will not stay oblivious of life changing events and actions. Rather, you will be in the know because you'll have the right knowledge. So shall it be.
PRAYER/CONFESSION: Revelation is mine! I enter into my moment of understanding. I peak and I know. Nothing catches me unawares in 2026. I perceive and I act!
