MORNING WINGS DAILY DEVOTIONAL - Olusola ADEJUMO
NOT A HAIR OF YOUR HEAD WILL FALL - Not Even One Series 2
I Samuel 14:45, KJV
"And the people said unto Saul, Shall Jonathan die, who hath wrought this great salvation in Israel? God forbid: as the LORD liveth, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground; for he hath wrought with God this day. So the people rescued Jonathan, that he died not."
When the Bible says yesterday, "but the very hairs of your head are all numbered", it means also, "none can fall without His knowledge." If one hair should fall, He actually is in the know of its falling.
In the Old Testament especially, there's usually a saying formed around the hair of one's head. You'll often hear Bible characters say, "and not a hair of your head will fall down/to the ground." What they mean is that the least harm would not befall the fellow they're speaking to.
I don't know what your situation is. It may be mild or critical. Irrespective of what it is or how it looks, the God of the mountain is also the God of the valley. If there's anything He's saying now, "it is that no hair of your head will fall to the ground."
I pray for you, you will not experience any harm and if it comes, no hair of your head will fall down. No least evil or consequence would be recorded to have fallen on you. Not a strand of your hair will fall down! The Bible has spoken well concerning you when it says, "He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee" (Job 5:19, KJV). However, if it does come, you'll not experience the least harm. Listen, no hair of your head will fall to the ground!
PRAYER: I don't record losses. I am full and I remain full.
