GOD WANTS YOU TO BE ROOMY AND READY ALWAYS - Large Place Series 015

Luke 12:17-18, KJV

"17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? 18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods."

Always, God wants you to be roomy and ready. Your preparation must always be on ground for what God has set out to do or will do. There be those who says God has not done them any good. What if God opens the windows and floodgates of heaven? Will you have ready room enough to contain the outpourings of God? God hates wastages. One time, He showed us how much he could do by saying, "bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10, KJV). This is the extent that God could go. If He should open the tap, hope you won't later regret not maximizing it. Hope you won't begin to chide yourself and be self absorbed that you miss the multitude of opportunities that you could have taken advantage of. Once God opens heaven to pour out His blessings, if you're a contractor, multiple projects may come in at once to your shock. Do you have capacity and well developed system enough to handle it? You, you're a minister. What if in a just concluded crusade, it's your church many of the souls find their ways into? Will you be ready to pastor at thousand level and bear all like Aaron in your heart before God? You better be ready for work. You better grow now. You better become roomy on the inside, mentally, spiritually, in faith, in being led by the Spirit and even in strength. Just be there. Just be ready. Why is the Lord saying this? God comes to the ready, the prepared and those who have met the requirements. Even when He promised pouring down blessings that we won't have room or space enough for, it was a promise and return to only those who pay all their tithes. That is, those who have fulfilled a certain requirement. You should ask yourself, what requirements am I to fulfill to have secured such outpouring of God. Am I ready by what I do? 

If there's one thing I like this agriprenuer for, it is that since he was in business, he never wasted any blessing, growth or increment God gave him. He maximizes every divine blessing and increment so well that by it, it could be measured visibly by men that he was a rich man. It is very obvious he is. He is not a waster but a good steward of all sent to him except that he is not a complete and total steward by acknowledging God with the first fruits of his increase. The mistake you mustn't make whenever you receive outpourings. He rather became too wise, selfish and leaned on his own understanding. What should be the proper process was therefore broken and he reaped the consequence. Yet, you could see in him no carelessness in not containing all that the rain and sunlight of God has brought him. He was saying, "where would I house this?" That thought troubled him from sleeping until through rigorous thinking, he resolved on what to do. He's a man of hard-work. He works and he thinks. So, he's naturally capacitated to solve some problems for himself. That brilliance could have deceived him also to think "his own hands provided all he ever needed for himself and not a God somewhere." Ensure you're not deceived but by humility and referencing God, grow and tarry in wealth. I pray that when your blessings arrive, it won't be then you'll be in search frivolously for containers  to house them. May you have owned and borrowed not a few. May you be roomy and ready. This man confessed his deficiency when he said, "but I have no room to bestow all these goods." However, thank God for late hour revelation which came when he says, "I'll pull these down and build greater barns." May blessings not catch you unawares. May you have barns ready to contain it. May you have done all so that you'll stand in the day of blessings. May blessings not confuse you and show your unpreparedness.

PRAYER: Prepare me mentally, spiritually, physically etc to handle blessings at my large place. Blessings will meet containers in my hands.

"And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully..."

Some are saying, "God, why are you blessing him again? Is he not already rich?" Why should it be him his ground, business, venture will bring forth plentifully again? God is saying, "as for me, there's no better yesterday. My better to you is always unfolded by the day. So, I'll bless him and bless him more as he goes."

God is interested in journeying with you and blessing you so much that people would say, "what's he looking for again? Does he not have all things?" Once people begin to say these, you have become their envy. I found out that all the patriarchs became that in their surroundings. All of them begin little but they become great into thousands even under defying situations. 

God always have a plan. He has not ended with you. He's just starting. The Bible has this testimony to say about that agriprenuer. "The land of a certain rich man brought forth abundantly." Again? He has been blessed but by the abundance yielding of his land, blessing is being rolled on blessing for him. No wonder, he himself took time out to meditate on how he'll solve his new problem of storage and warehousing. It's because goods are still in his store and now more abundant ones have arrived. How will he then survive this great pile of stock? He has never known the large place or its experience before but because of this layer upon layer, he's getting there.

Quickly, let me say what God is bringing to me. "I want to build new houses for some of you. A larger, better and more accommodating houses. One that will has all your desires and meet your taste and demands. I'm building you a new house. I'm relocating you soon." I built a new one for this agriprenuer to accomodate all his new desires. I'm accommodating you too anew. 

People, God has not stopped raining. He will rain and rain until it is tangible enough in your life to become a flood; then water enough to bear your ark and make you float. I see you surviving and continuing because God is increasing you to be in the now of wealthy people. If your growth stops economically, you'll see that you'll soon be described as once rich. You're topping the table and you could still be listed and regarded to be in the now in what you do and what you've found to colonize because God is always bringing fresh deliveries and equalizing you with better and greater things. So, you or another shouldn't say, "but I already have enough." Look, your enough is not enough before God. He has the goods and He'll pour it out." Therefore, I cause your land, tool, business, venture, endeavour, ways to be prosperous, ever yielding plentifully and increasingly. Add weight from time to time. Break boundaries and shed that of yesterday on all sides for the growth of today. Let metamorphosis happen to you economically. This man pulled down old barns to build new, larger and more accommodating one. That's proceeding forward. Have such experience. No backwardness. 

PRAYER: I haul blessings upon blessings. I receive of him wealth after wealth.

YOUR GROUND IN ITS BEST PERFORMANCE - Large Place Series 013

Read Luke 12:16-22

Luke 12:16-17,KJV 

"16 And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: 17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?"

What you're reaping now may not be what you should reap. You don't have to be a farmer before you're regarded a "reaper." If you're a salary earner and you only earn little when you should be earning more, it means your land is not yielding to you its best. What you do especially if it's not affording you its best means you're not yielding maximally and so you may not know the plentiful life or have the testimony of this man we're to consider here "whose land brought forth plentifully" and so "sought a larger room" to accomodate the produces. You could see in him a hunger for relocation to a place where he could contain all.

Naturally when seeds are sown into lands, it can't all perform the same way. The parable Jesus gave here shows how farming, sowing and reaping works. Some will bring forth in thirty, sixty and then in hundred fold (Matt.1 3:3-8). So many things could cause the land not to yield its best. Infertility is one naturally. Not being where God wants you be: on your destiny work and in your destiny land may also not make you reap in hundred fold. There's a place each of us have been designated to experience awesome experience. Not being there is actually being out of position and not meeting with the ordained plans of God for us. That's why when God told Isaac to stay in the land and sow therein, he did. At that time, Isaac should not be in Egypt or anywhere even if they seem the popular places to be. When he did, what was the result? We were told that in the same year (when there was famine, when there was no rain or good rain), he reaped a hundred fold (Gen.26:12). Now, that's no longer ordinary. God aided him to have that and "how" is what we don't know. Naturally, it's hard for a farmer to have hundred percent. Rodents, pests, insects and lack of good storage facilities are things that reduce or militate against these chances even if God gives him a hundred percent yield. Human inadequacy and lack of proper facilities or storages may reduce it yet your own hundred fold with understanding could be retained. That's why this certain rich man embarked on building a better barn because he wants to retain all the "plentiful" , "hundred fold" yield sent to him. That his land brought forth plentifully means it towers to hit hundred fold. That's the maximal point. 

So, having seen that yields are in levels, we should congratulate this man whose ground brought forth plentifully. "Plentifully" means maximally. It means that land gave its best capacity. It means under fertilization, watering, proper sunlight etc, what that land should yield was what it yielded. May every Christian and those with calls be this land who will yield itself maximally and in hundred fold to the Master. It is this plentifully bringing forth that raised a question of "where shall I bestow all my goods?" He acknowledged he has been blessed beyond measure and what he had prepared and put on ground couldn't hold God's blessings again. The facilities that blessing met couldn't contain it and it isn't wise to waste God's precious blessings. He was a wise farmer and entrepreneur. He wanted to maximize this hundred fold blessing and yield of His ground or venture, so he thought of building a new facility. I pray, may you be forced to expand. May you be forced to do more, take more and become more. This agriprenuer never saw any reason for new facility but God forced one on him. When blessings came, he submitted to a greater plan and launched the greatest building project of his life. God is saying I should tell someone that "growth is coming." He said "your land will yield plentifully." Your land is what your hand has found doing. That same will perform maximally to its peak and you'll be made rich. New risings and steps that you have never dreamt of would be consequent because of that blessing. I see a change in status. A taking to a more roomy place. A settling in a place that contains and accumulates all you'll see. I see that you're enough to devise means to trap all heaven's blessings to you. As I talk, your yield has change and has taken a leap. Be blessed to seek a larger room, warehouse and barn.

PRAYER: Lord, bless me beyond measure. Let my land obey and bring forth plentifully. I reap maximally in my work. I reject curses and devourers.

THE LAND IN ITS ENTIRETY - Large Place Series 012

Read Gen.13:1-9

Genesis 13:9, KJV

"Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left."

Abram broke the silence by suggesting what should be done. Each side might have been afraid of suggesting the move for separation so that their motives won't be misjudged by the other? Abram as an elder however recognized blessings shouldn't be the cause to ruining their relationship as kins. He opens the land up to the choice of Lot. He told him, "raise your gaze up. Here's the land before us. It's not a small piece. Why should two of us be confined here? If you go to the left, I'll go to the right and vice versa." God is saying to someone also, "the whole land is before you." Do pay attention to what Abram said. He said, "is the WHOLE land not before you?" That is, where they are living at the time of suggestion isn't the whole land. There's more to see and explore and that's what Abram is now calling Lot to let them explore and maximize. If there's a solution to the straitness we are facing here, should we continue in that? No!  

The whole land! The whole land! Obviously, that place extends beyond where they are. That is an ascription to the "large place." It's the large place that will contain them and all their substances and then look as if nothing is occupying such new space. The large place is such a place that'll accomodate whatsoever manifestation each wants to manifests. The substances you have which becomes choky in your current estate and so gives you no breathing space and room would be swallowed up in this new territory. You'll just immediately feel you're small. Nobody gets to the roomy, the large or wide place and not immediately feel small in it. The land is so big that it always swallows its host. At such discovery, you'll agree you need to be added to until you fill the land and subdue it again and like the previous. Until your subduing it which comes by filling it to the brim with yourself and what could be called yours, you're not yet major or big. But by then, you'll be. None will walk a street without seeing your brand, product, corporate logo and knowing this is you even in your physical absence. The whole land is what God wants to give you. He wants to take you into an experience where your wealth will soon look like a drop in the mighty ocean. This will lead you to seek again that God's blessings that makes rich to make you equal to the new land you're occupying. A pointer that blessing is in levels and that blessing could be increased. God is interested in blessing you. Even in your new roomy estate, He'll bless you until you're filling up the whole land. Catch that!

PRAYER: Bless me to fill up the land. Bless me to enlarge my borders and coast.

Read Genesis 13:1-7

"And there was a strife between the herdmen of Abram's cattle and the herdmen of Lot's cattle: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite dwelled then in the land."

That God blessed Abraham and Lot isn't enough. That their blessing is now proving to be blessing indeed is the major. Some have blessings but they yet don't experience they're blessed themselves. Their blessings have not yet begin to manifest consequences that must be immediately attended to. Any who's using just one room and calls himself superfluously blessed isn't. By the time you have a warehouse that can't take your goods again and complaints are coming that the new order has no where to be laid is when you're beginning to have this level of Abraham's blessing. Did you not read about the apostles? God added to them daily and their number increased until through oversight some of the brethren widows are neglected. You see, that's a problem emanating from being blessed and that leads to their saying, "look among you for seven men of good repute...", the rest was history (Acts 6:1-4). 

When the blessings of Abram and Lot towers, their herdsmen or managers begin to clash with themselves. Scarcity of resources is beginning to happen and competition and survival of the fittest in the land is becoming a thing to practise. So, inescapably, their stewards fight because each needs to be catered for. Who will watch his source of wealth: cattle, herds die of want of food or scarcity of water. That's why each side is fighting the other and saying indirectly, "you, relocate. Give us a breathing space because this space and resources aren't enough nor supportive of two persons again." Brethren, this is a sign of being blessed. When blessing is almost becoming a curse, you need another blessing to keep your original blessing to remain blessings. Or else, if blessings goes unsubdued and capacitated, it may bring ruins. Has there being a fight between you and your spouse over the space in the wardrobe, the parking lot etc? Or between you and your sibling or friend with whom you share space or room? God can take both of you to your space. Obviously, if you're a couple, divorce isn't the option. You only need to ask for an enlargement of coast. If a wardrobe isn't longer containing, having two settles it? 

Today, I see God doing for you both. If the God who blessed Abram also blessed Lot, will it be hard for that same Lord giving them ground, support and resources on which to raise and increase their blessings. Indeed, that's what eventually happens. Why get choked together when there's enough room for growth and expansion? I see you breathing fresh air as you're delivered out of narrowness, smallness that's making you watch your weight, growth and increment of your possession over the simple fear of having no store houses enough to harbour and contain them. 

PRAYER: Lord, take me to my wide place. A place that could accommodate my blessings.

YOU NEED A WIDE PLACE  - Large Place Series 010

Genesis 13:2, 5-6, KJV  

"2 And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold. 5 And Lot also, which went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents. 6 And the land was not able to bear them, that they might dwell together: for their substance was great, so that they could not dwell together."

There are many consequences of blessings. That's why you must grow into being blessed. If you do, you'll have an inside created by the road you have walked to stomach and bear the weight and duress of any blessing given you by God. Anything that you become by time and process is therefore what you're fitted to handle because such is accumulated by laying a layer on the other until by adjustment and learning, you have grown into who could manage its systems and tentacles. 

When did Abram and Lot get to the place where the land could not bear them again? When their substances increased and so became no match for the narrow and strait place they're settled in. At that point, they either need a new and larger settlement or one breaks off from the other. Is it possible to start small and grow big and bigger until the place you once comfortably inhabit begins to vomit and detest your continuance in same? Very well. It may take time but it's very possible. When some people started their journey as individuals and couple, where they were was bigger than them. As a matter of fact, they were begging and seeking to fill it with all forms of goods and precious things. Yet, they couldn't wear out the space. But as time travels by, upon accumulation on accumulation, they become like Joseph who gathered grains enough for storage until he couldn't number it again. At this juncture, their barn and baskets couldn't hold what they have again. So, you'll see them by compulsion do bulky give away. The reason is simple. If you're adding weight and you're not shedding it, it will endanger your life soonest. 

It is my longing today that God will grow and bless you to this state where you'll have a testimony that when you left or launched out, you were only one but at return, you're now two bands (Gen. 32:10). This is your revelation and covenant position. You're not allowed to decrease, retrogress and go back. You're meant to start, increase and multiply until you begin to lose counting and so need house manager and business manager. It is blessing that forces people to have rulers over what they own. It's because it has grown beyond what they could specialize on and say they want to manage. May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of the better covenant qualify, equate and exceed you with this kind of blessing. For some people, where they occupy will seem enough and allowing until they marry. By the time another packs in, they'll see that they need their own house - their own space that'll have sides both left and right to allow them have a breathing space. This shows blessings also since God plans that marriage would lead to the multiplication of any. My prayer is that you'll exceed where, what and who you are now. You'll daily increase and be made strong until you need to annex lands, buildings and people to yourself or relocate to a more roomy space in other to be contained. If you're reading this, one thing is your lot. It's that no man could put a measure or limit on you. No one could say, "I've seen him all." The reason is because you're still growing and you're like the wind that no one knows where it's coming from and where's it's going to. So, even if today is small; be assured as you till on without backsliding that tomorrow shall be bright and very great. You'll always have "better" and not '"best" to qualify your life because God will always have new increase and blessings to bring into your life. Yesterday's won't be today's blessings. You'll always be transcendental, changing gears and moving from one level of growth to the other. Those who are ministers, never worry. You'll know real growth. God will win souls by you, add them daily to you until you're spaceless and need more room to contain souls. Upon this, you'll share in the blessings of Abraham and so desire a larger place to have all contained.

PRAYER: Lord, I tap into the covenant blessings. I need the blessing that'll make me need a larger room.

HINDS' FEET FOR HIGH PLACES - Large Place Series 009

Psalms 18:33, KJV

"He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places."

The hind is a female deer. This animal is unique and specially created to survive its terrain or habitat. One, it has a special ability for swiftness or fleetness which makes it an escapee from predators. Metaphorically and in the context it was used, this alludes to the special characteristics that warriors especially footmen must possess in ancient times. They must be full of endurance to cope with rugged places and then full of speed to pursue and overtake their enemies when they turn the back or escape from their enemies as befitting the occasion. Any warrior that has this mixed with stamina or valiance in battle is bound to do well. This animal, the hind is also known for such fitness that it could walk on steep or vertical downright mountains. Yet, it won't fall. You may be wondering, "how?" If you ever watch the video of a hind walking on a steep hill or height, you'd be taken aback and wonder at how talented or specially gifted or crafted it were to be able to make such moves or walks without being afraid of falling or falling. I'll say, "it's because it's Creator made him for his environment." Another animal can't come around to perform in the naturally steep terrain of a hind and think of having the result of the hind. Never! It's because that one's characteristics - specifically its feet has not been made like the hind's. All animals have special body parts for adaptation to their environment. That's the hind's and it's special to it. Apart from fitness, they have fleetness. A hind could place her hind feet (two of them) at the same time and at the same place the front feet are. Any animal that could do this is an animal of speed. Apart from that, the ability to do this made the hind survives the jagged mountain and manage narrow spaces available for turning on the mountain. I call this animal, "suitable for all situations; the joy of the mountains especially steep, jagged, rough ones." Why? All the problems and difficulties associated with the heights where it could be found to live, this animal has been naturally equipped for them by God. So, where other animals are failing or falling off and can't mount to their mounts because it is steep, this animal would be seen on the very pinnacle. So, no hindrance or limitation placed on its reaching the very heights of his calling. If God had said, "he'll become the head and not the tail" in his chosen field, fill his path with all sorts of sufferings and difficulties right from childhood, he'll scale all of them and scape through until he becomes that. 

So, when the Psalmist (David) says, "He makes my feet like hinds' feet...", we ought grab the context now. Who doesn't know David as a warrior. When he said that, he meant God had made him suitable to win victories and cope with the rigours of war either to pursue or to flee as occasion would demand. David didn't die in battle and it could be as a result of these characteristics of the hind. He's wind in fight. Also, he said, "and sets me upon my high places." While the "high places" suggest the heights, hills or mountains yet we know the high places here also refer to strongholds from which David ruled and reigned. Anyway, those strongholds or fortresses have been located on the mountain tops as well. From there, like an eagle, he lords it over his enemy and exercises dominion.

Now, this devotional title is "Hinds' Feet For The Heights." It is asking the question, "what to develop for your high places?" What are the provisions or factors to put in place to live habitually or survive continuously at your own high places? Our high places are different. You might be a footballer but I am a preacher. I watched the videos of J.J. Okocha recently. Worldwide, he was known as a melodious dribbler. Players like Ronaldinho of Brazil took mentoring from him. For him to be fitted for dribbling, what are the things he did that new footballers who would like to perform like him must put in place sacrificially and painstakingly? That's what we're talking about. As I prepared this message, I also watched the videos of boxers who are training for foot work. If you know Muhammad Ali, that greatest Black boxer of all time, you'll know what it means to have a good, fast foot work and body maneuver with skills like shadow boxing that could make you survive in your high places (profession) as a boxer. I'm a preacher. What are the terms of the profession to be kept? Should I not keep fit by praying, fasting, studying and maintaining all that won't spoil me to render me ineffective at my place of work? All of us have our places of work - a place where we declare professionalism. If your feet is not like the hinds' feet there (suited for living and survival there), you might soon come down. That's why I'm praying for you today that God will keep you fit for your profession, duty and calling. What you need is not what I specifically need if narrowed down. But all in all, may you not fall from your heights. If you're in leadership, you may need wisdom and we were told to ask of God who gives liberally without reproach (James 1:5). Solomon knew the hinds' feet he needed on his heights (his place of great placement) when he became king. So, he asked God for a discerning heart as to be able to judge God's people correctly and same was given to him. So much more that when people heard of the judgement he discharged between the two harlots and how he discerned the matter, all Israel was shocked and confident of him and his reign (I Kings 3:4-28). I pray, be equipped for your calling. Be ministered to in order to survive. Be given abilities meant for the job and execution of the task. Whenever occasion demands it, may you grow new abilities and skills to cope with the adaptable nature of your profession or high places. You won't be caught up with because you're always evolving. On your heights, you'll reign as Lord securely and well established by the Lord. You're God's planting, you can't be uprooted. I see you threading, jumping, maneuvering, coping, surviving, enduring and winning on your heights because of who God has graced you to be. Look, you have the hinds' feet, the heights are yours.

PRAYER: Gift me for the task. Season me for the job. Equip me for my calling. Culture me for the habitat. Make my mouth like the pen of a ready writer as a speaker. Ask for other qualities as befitting your profession or the future you're expecting.

HE SETTLES ME ON THE HEIGHTS - Large Place Series 008

Psalms 18:33, KJV

"He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places."

Did you read in that place that it was God who settles each upon his high places? So, if anyone asks you, "who or what gives you the effrontery and permission to take the heights for yourself, tell them, "it is God." You didn't promote yourself. Any who is showing envy, jealousy and bitterness and will seek to harm you for having come to be settled on the heights are directly fighting God and He'll fight them. It is therefore, "come sit at my right hand till I make your enemy your foot stool" and also "hold your peace and you shall see the salvation of the Lord." I like the fact that I didn't call myself. Since He called me, it is He who also will do it and silence all silencers. It is He who will break the mouths of lions and open a place in the rock for me to quench thirst when in need. It is not me. He settled me there. It's His work solely and He should be held responsible, faced or accused by any who asks by what power or name I Do what I do.

The word, "settled" also means "established founded, anchored or sited." If you are thus founded in the ground and with a root firmly established in the soil upon your mountain, who will root you up? God is wise. He settles you there means He also watches over you. The One who sent His word on an errand is same that watches over His word to perform it. In this wise, you can trust flamboyantly that He who calls you has not called you in vain or to shame. He has called you to make the heights your heritage and your perpetual dwelling place. If you'll stay true, you'll live in the heights until all your descriptions become the heights, until you acclimatize and can't revive living the valley life. There are many who have carried the calling for decades on their heights so much more that people know them with a particular thing. Yet, they didn't soil their hands or entangle themselves with the world. Such are witnesses of those who possessed the heights and stayed there for long. Example in the Bible was Daniel. He continually found relevance from the reign of one king to another. He came to the limelight and remained there. I pray for you that you'll arrive and stay. The very planting of the land that none could fight or uproot. You have come to stay.

PRAYER: Lord,He that watches over Israel neither sleep nor slumber. I'm under your oversight.

YOUR HIGH PLACES! - Large Place Series 007

Psalms 18: 33, KJV

"He maketh my feet like hinds' feet, and setteth me upon my high places."

Brethren, the Lord is on me. He is heavy on me and I am wet by the dew of His anointing. Ooooh, listen to me, there's a thing called, "the heights or your high places." It is specifically yours. It is the place that God's intent and working is seeking to actually settle you eventually. God won't stop half way. The very purpose for which He has begun to work in you is to bring you to this place. The height is the hills and you're the ordained city (fellow) to be set there. If you've ever seen a building on a hill before, what's its characteristics? It is obvious and very visible to public view. That's why Matthew 5:14 concurs that a city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Except it doesn't come on the hills but once you become a star by being brought to the heights or your high places; by being revealed to the world, your face becomes the face in banners, the media, bill boards and one every heart carries its remembrance around. What's working for you? The fact that you've been set on the hills - a place where no one needs effort before they sight you or needs introduction before they know you. You are just known. The hills or the heights you're placed simply makes you obvious and revealing. That's not your own doing. If you were set in the valley, you would have gone unnoticed like many whose duty is to gaze up to the skyscrapers to clap, cheers, rejoice with and seek to model after those who have been vindicated and already set on their heights. As they do this and observe their own consecration however also, some of them will be fetched up there into the streams of their callings and manifestations of their gifts. Today, be set on your hills, high places or the heights. Let it be you people are seeing as they journey to and fro. That's where kings reign and rule from. Only kings, nobles and those who have transited from days of test to receiving God's approval are there. It is a colony of those who have singlehandedly and solely pass with God. It's not all men who are there because some suddenly became reprobate and were discarded to the potter's field but some are already settled there and are known to be established in their callings by which they delight both God and men. However, you have a place there and God is ready to bring you to your high places - a place of introduction to the whole world; a place of concourse meant for a celeb that God has caused his rising.

Once more, let us see the work that God singlehandedly does. It says, "you've set me upon my high places..." Please, who set the Psalmist with all assurance and confidence on his high places? God! That's He Who you must seek to partner with and receive such settlement from. It's not even your mentor who's settled already and on whose shoulders you believe you'll climb to yours. God may use him but that's if He's willing enough, having seen you've fulfilled all requirements to be brought to your high places. These high places is synonymous with the "large place" because it's a place of free hand manifestation where you're solely the man they've come to watch.

At the high places, you shine so bright for men to see your light to give glory to your Father who's in heaven (and not your mentor, sponsor etc who are on earth). Why some quickly begin to have problems with God is that as soon as they get to the heights - a revelation of the large or wide place also, glory was ascribed and then solely to man. In their acknowledgement story of how they got here, they slapped God with a backslash back hand and told Him to stay somewhere in the corner. They believe since He's invisible, He needs no introduction or acknowledgement. So, God gave them the sentence of Nebuchadnezzar until their reason had returned to them (Dan.4: 32). Once you're on your heights, you become a city set on a hill that can't be hidden. It's what you do that becomes the culture and the order of the day. You won't even understand why it's everything you say people tend to make meaning of. They'll just blow you and your words up more than you intended it to be. Why this big inflation and estimation? God has solely caused your time to come on you. He has solely brought you into your heights of unhindered manifestation and public view of attention. I pray that you'll tarry long in the heights and not be flogged down by all cultures and practices that a Samson or Nazarite ought flee from. Some will flee for Potiphar's wife while on their way to the heights and carry themselves cautiously but once they secure the throne, consecration is thrown into the waste bin. To such, I'll say, "a fall awaits you" and its bidding you'll answer to except you gird yourself to live perpetually by the rules of the heights in order not to know a descent.

PRAYER: Father, make my light so shine before men that they might see my good works, be amazed, give glory to You and then reward me with a call to the heights.

THE FLOOD GATE IS OPENED - Large Place Series 006

Read I Samuel 10:1-12

I Samuel 10:7, KJV  

"And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee; for God is with thee."

God, what sort of trust is this? God, is it in a man you're placing this? What has he done? What should I do? God, why give a man such a blank cheque of doing whatsoever he likes as occasion demands yet having same blessed by You? God, I covet this kind of wide place! I covet this kind of unrestrained manifestation. God, I desire with all in me Your committing Yourself wholly to me in such manner. 

Here's Saul and he has just been anointed. As Samuel pours on him oil, he also instructs him on signs that'll follow as to establish his being God's anointed and one God is now with. After the parade of a number of signs as predicted by Samuel, upon such, Saul should not delay at all to begin to act as the occasion demands, as it enters his heart, as he'll deem fit or as his hands may find to do. Imagine the wide gate and arrays of options he could act out without any limitation. It means Saul has been given the endorsement and approval of a striker. Whatsoever he does is done. The remedy is not acting it out, once it enters his heart and he takes the step, it becomes so. How possible? It's because Saul has just been anointed. God's favour is always with any anointed and God ordains them to have special results. Like I said yesterday, anointing or being anointed opens the door for any carrying it to be like this man given a wide ground of manifestation by the Lord here. Under the anointing, there's no impossibility. It's rather  wherever he pushes to that he reaps from. Yet that's all because any who gets anointed by the Lord has satisfactorily pleased Him. There's no one that God releases Himself to (in the anointing) who God doesn't have a level of trust in. With God (the anointing), nothing shall be impossible through such. This is the bringing in into unlimitedness. It is the outworking of the anointing on anyone God wants to bring to the centre and focus. He'll just suddenly know how to do it. Before he finishes prayers, the deeds and manifestations are visible to be contacted. Then, all would wonder and esteem such man. Then, they'll noise his name to the ends of the earth. They'll never know that it's God who has opened up His flood gate of manifestation to him. If God is not allowing him, how could he flower? But for God, all because of God. I pray for you that you'll satisfy God. God will seek to work with you. One characteristic of being brought into a wide place is that you're not restrained. It's that you're esteemed and regarded as a master who should know what fits the occasion and should be able to act in line per term. So, no one will struggle for control with you. Rather, you're given a free hand to act and manifest. Saul earned it. Have this gate opened unto you. Have this flood gate, this wide gate, this unending approval given you to enjoy today. Who's there that God is saying to, "your works have been accepted. Therefore, go and do as occasion demands or as you'll see fit." God is now throwing Himself to you. You've purchased trust with God. He's believing even though you now have power and the mouth of the striker, you won't use it to hurt or bring revenge on people. Rather, you'll go about doing good like Jesus who healed those who were sick and oppressed of the devil. Aaah, congratulations to any who find such big favour in God's eyes and to whom God is saying to, "go, and do as occasion demands. Go and do as it's best to you." Lord, may I become this man that you have no fear concerning but unto whom You custodies Yourself fully trusting in Him to be able to maximize the trust and oil in his earthen vessel.  

PRAYER: Lord, may I earn Your trust. May your earned trust be my release into my large place of unrestrained manifestation and free hand operations.

Ecclesiastes 9:7, KJV

"Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works."

May God accept your works. May you delight God so that He'll admit you amidst those who have satisfied Him, met His requirements and are now qualified for promotion and a walk into their large places and manifestations. Imagine God telling someone "to go and dine in joy because His works (which is a product of him) have been accepted?" Does that not describe somebody who has been lying down, fasting and praying yet in denial, weeping and in expectation of something from above? My mind goes to David. He laid humbly, fasted all night that the child from his product of adultery wouldn't die yet God struck it because His work wasn't acceptable before Him. When your ways are crooked before God, He'll resist you Himself. Balaam is one. He never had the release of God. He only thrusted through (Num.22:21-25). The Holy Spirit is saying I should tell you to seek to satisfy God or else you'll lay there labouring and seeking for the same thing to be met yet you won't receive a reply of peace or release of "go, rejoice because your works have been accepted now." "Go, eat your bread and drink your wine in joy" may also mean, "go and do whatsoever thy hand finds to do." That utterance suggests a break from one ongoing activity into another. It therefore could also be interpreted as "go and do your daily human activities." Yes, it is. May such voice therefore speak peace to you. May those of you waiting to receive a word from the Lord rise from your long lying down and receive answers to your persitent knocking.  

Let all those who are ministers listen carefully. When you're anointed, you'll begin to experience a stirring especially of your peculiar anointing. That anointing resides in your calling permanently but it'll come for usage occasionally and when there's only need to be met which God could see. It won't tarry on you all permanently like that or else it'll wear you out or make you useless as a human being amidst other dwellers. Reason being, no man ever tarries under glory still that desires the earth or wants to do its things like eating, sleeping, raising family etc anymore. They only become Enoch whose desire can't but be to resolutely go and be with the Lord. So, it'll go and come but whenever it shows up, you're meant to administer that anointing there and then. If you want to use it to heal, it is all available to heal any sickness or disease. If you want to use it to draw magnitude blessings to someone, all is accepted. Once that anointing hits you, it gives you the room, an all expense paid room to act in the way you think best by using it for whatsoever. This is the anointing that affords the minister to accomplish anything including things he or people might not have faith to receive on a normal day. It made him reap benefit wherever he pushes to. When our verse above therefore says, "go and dine because your works have been accepted", it means that man has been finally answered, justified, vindicated and has pleased heaven who has received his prayers or lifestyle as fit enough to be endorsed. It's therefore such man that could do whatsoever and will not be withheld by Heaven because Heaven has afore said his works have been accepted. Be careful you don't fight such man or you'll fall for his sake. 

Have you seen a man who God detests his presence wins His favour? Unless you receive acceptance from the Lord; unless He's pleased with your life, "He may not let loose His commendation on you let alone pave way for you to be His representative or ambassador in some wide places (where He doesn't have to set a governor to watch over you again or be stricken with a bolt of fear that you might misrepresent Him). Until Jesus Himself satisfied the Father by earning His commendation and approval, He was not released into His public ministry or brought to His large places. Do you know why? If any ascends the height without Christ likeness, whatsoever He does which will go viral will become the model to follow. If polluted and perverted, it might cause onlookers to stumble and model corruption after their kind (the model) they're watching. God is therefore very intentional of those He sets on the heights, hills or their lamp stands to give light (enlightenment or serve as models) to all in the house. God is calling you to responsibility. You have a work to do if for once you'll hear, "go and dine/ do whatsoever because your work has now been accepted." Until then, your Word has not come and you must by necessity wait. May you therefore understand in time and not toil with your ascendancy into your large place where the world awaits your entrance with tiptoe expectance and fixed gazes. 

PRAYER: Lord, create in me a clean heart and a pure heart. Take away the dross in me. Purify my gold. I shall wait on Thee.

LOOSE HIM AND LET HIM GO - Large Place Series 004

Psalms 105:18-20, KJV "18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron: 19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him. 20 The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free."

People of God, today, I stand in my calling and say, "may your word come." Ooooh, may your word stop tarrying! What can you do unless your word comes. A man would only be vexed and vexed until he's eventually frustrated. But when his word comes, I see an open heaven on him. When his word comes, whatsoever his hands could find to do, let him do because it'll be prosperous. But until then, he must learn waiting. He must learn to sit quietly somewhere with eagerness, mutter prayers and be consoled by God who has times and seasons in His hands. At that time, he will patiently await his word to come and a command in the spirit to say, "loose him and let him go. Oblivion is now enough!"

Galatians 4:1-2, KJV  

"1 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all; 2 But is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the father."

Until it is time for God to let the "heaven and the earth" of being under protocols and even processes pass away, the word of any man doesn't come. For Joseph, God must ensure he's a man purged of revenge. God was working on him to refine him to tarry in the palace with the correct attitude and behaviour. Let me say this to all people of destiny. Once you begin to reach a point where it looks like a breaking point, where you want to give up or say, "raca, it is enough", you ought persist a little because your dawn and your word is almost here. Many couldn't see their word coming until they had illegally freed their feet from the stock God would want it kept before the ordained time. May you have the patience of Joseph who waited until his word comes. The truth is God has not forgotten you. Since He delights in you, you're on His mind but you must fulfill your days of oblivion in the prison like Joseph or wilderness like David till your time be accomplished for you to be loosed into glory. God does this so that all of us might have the story of humble days or beginning. No man just arrive in destiny with immediacy. No!

If God will ever bring you to a wide place, your heights and your place of manifestation, you'll need your word to come. Your word is the order from God in the spirit that you should be allowed to flower now. I found out that God reigns in the affairs of men and without Him, no man or woman could lift hands or feet. It is always, "who is he that decrees a thing except the Lord commands it?" Nothing manifests but at God's approval and no one claims a thing successfully for Himself without His yielding same up. Due to this, He retains custody of the time of manifestation and flowering of anyone. Once he opens His hands and say, "now!", the whole earth would come together to see that it is accomplished with immediacy. When it was time for Joseph to be brought into the palace, nobody could hold or postpone it till tomorrow. It was with urgency they bathed him to have him brought before Pharaoh. When this season is called forth by the word of the mouth of the Lord, even whatsoever the enemy does would work for good to ascend you.  Why? A man is in his season. It is the word of permission or action spoken by God that opens our times to us and we to our time. If this word has not been spoken over you, may it not be that you'll forever be in the oblivion and not come to the palace of great things and manifestations. When God spoke that word over Joseph, Pharaoh (a bearer of God's authority on earth) called him forth and sent that he be loosed. Until that time, Joseph was safely kept in prison with his feet hurt by fetters. He was in his narrowness but just one day, "he saw the sun." He was brought into the palace and he experienced what it means to have one's feet set in a large place. A place with room enough to walk and a place where one's desire and dreams are met. What forces are holding you down? What situation is keeping you caged? I say, "loose him and let him go." I said you've satisfied Jehovah and He's satiated that you've fulfilled all requirements to being set loose today. 

PRAYER: Lord, let the cry, "loose him and let him go" cry over me in the spirit. My word has come; my time is here.

ALL FOR LOVE - Large Place Series 003

Psalms 18:19, KJV

"He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me."

God did two things for this grateful David who won't stop recounting same. If you don't know, that verse above is David's testimony of what the Lord has done for him. He's not an ingrate. One, he singlehandedly brought him forth to his wide place. I'm seeing a field. A very big field. That's where God brought him to yet he was a man of sorrow and one acquainted with grief ahead of that time. Did you know how long it took him to possess the throne? Saul was after him. He was fleeing here and there. But at the time of this testimony, his status has changed because we could hear from the horse's mouth that God brought him forth to a place of length and width, a place with room enough for manifestation where he and God had to take a walk before he could comprehend and see its end if we were to describe such place physically. It's "as far as you can see place." God brought him forth but that was consequent upon God's deliverance first of all. This man David who God brought to the palace, a place where any could not restrain or put a measure to what he does was a man who was previously at the back side of the desert also. No one knows him as such and he's poorly reputed as a main stream soldier. If not for the Lord who set the occasion and brought him by the errand of Jesse to the battle ground that day, this boy might as well have been locked up for eternity at the back side of the desert. The only thing he might ever know are experiences in his days of loneliness and not palatial ones. However, all that changed. Though Eliab would want to send him back to the sheepfold, God didn't approve same. His fate therefore wasn't closed like a dead that a stone is placed on its tomb's entrance. It almost seems so but God rolled away his stone and called unto him by his destiny name, "to be loosed and to come forth." When that deliverance happened, he was brought forth into a wide space - an open ground big enough to accommodate hundreds if not thousands. Now, why did God did all this? I say, "all for love." David said, "because He delighted in me." God, how I pray that if heaven and earth pass away yet because of Your delight, you'll never forget me in hades or let me wrath in sheol (which are metaphoric of being at the back end where oblivion prevails). Love is a watchman. It makes God not sleep or slumber over you wherever and in whatsoever condition you are in. It propels and keep propelling God to be putting in place in order to see that you're finally out of your narrowness, famine, helplessness and delivered into a land teeming with all opportunities that you can't wear out. I say, "all for love." The Bible says,   "He that spared not his own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:32, KJV). Love has been the very soul and motivation for which God does what He does. That's why you'll be hearing, "for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son... (John 3:16)." What's the propellant? Love. Brethren, one thing can't be debated. It's the fact that while you're here today, you'll soon be there tomorrow. It's because the unfailing love of God will find you out. It doesn't matter where you're locked by the devil, unjust step parents, life or situation, God's love knows the way and His light will shine and lead you out into a place where like a man seeing the sun for the first time, you won't be able to gaze at it for awhile. I say, "all because of love." May you always be in His heart. May you not cause Him displeasure nor be separated from the love of Christ. With the love of Christ, all shall be well even if things seems not to now. You're in the hands of Love for God is Love and He'll deliver you from oblivion and bring you into your room enough because of same. You, continue to gather the approval of God by delighting the Father. Once God could say to you, "you're my beloved son in whom I'm well pleased", a way has to be made for you amidst the strong and great. You have to be set in your destiny land and that place as I'll say repeatedly again has room enough for whatsoever you might want to display or become. 

PRAYER: For love, make me your vessel of glory and honour. Experiment with me. Let Love never leave me in oblivion and the prison.

Psalms 18:19, KJV

"He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me."

That place says, "He brought me forth also..." Who? Who's such that has the power enough to let the years of obscurity, darkness and oblivion a man of destiny has been experiencing end if not God? It is He who said  "for promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another (Psalm 75:6-7, KJV). It is He who has the ability to open prison doors to those the devil has sighted their natal stars and by that put measures in place to restrict their greatness. He's the one who's saying, "come out of your prison. This is the year of Jubilee. Come out into your large space, under the heaven spread by Me and feel the sun and see the honour awaiting you."  

Who will therefore shut the door against such a man vindicated by the Lord and brought out by God in His great convoy and glory into his large place? Who will say, "enough of you" and so send him back to the prison, narrowness or the life of obscurity he has formerly known when it's the Lord who it was ascribed to to bring any into his time and seasons after the completion of cycles. I have not seen any who will shut this man who's therefore experiencing a rising and promotion that only the blessings of the Lord could give without adding sorrows. That Psalm is clear. It says, "God brought me forth also into a large place or a room enough." Sound the alarm therefore that this is the Lord's doing, not another's and it's marvellous in our eyes. If this is the Lord's doing, take heed of fighting it lest you be found fighting against what the Lord has initiated and processed to happen. 

People, are you desirous of being felt, of touching the world with your gifts and calling, of wanting to die all empty? Then, appeal the headquarters of every good and every perfect gifts. Let God come and take you by the hand and lead you into your palace. Some will do it another way but it pays if you wait for this deliverance of the Lord that breaks one's season of obscurity and brings one into the king's court where the banner over one is love and the show of heaven's generosity. It is better for the years to be accomplished. Having fulfilled their numbers,  you'll be much more grateful knowing greatness because you have once upon a time known humiliation and nothingness. As such, you'll learn how to be indebted to God. If God is the One who brings out to a wide place and not any man, it means no man really has in his or her capacity to bring you into your large place except the Lord commands it or decides to use such. The space any man of his own accord will give to you is a space they'll hold its key in their hands. If you manifest too much on that platform or doesn't do well, they might as well lose their patience, become overbearing and crowd you. So, I admonish you, "wait until the Lord whom the Psalmist acknowledges as He who brings him forth into his large place break your shackles, loose your chains and shines His light in order to bring you out of obscurity into the limelight." Then, the glory would be God's and the honour yours. The cheers would go nuts and it would worth it. You'll at such time of manifestation even be ready and feel ready to take your place because you'll have become that proper heir. Please, don't break this cycle. Let it accomplish and let God solely do His work. We have not known another who delivers and brings by His great power and accompaniment into one's large places except God. God is the doer of such. He delivers and then walk you into your large place. He does that to ensure there's no foul play. That tells you how much He cares and desires you indeed possess your inheritance without same being collected from you. If you hear such testimony being delivered any man, trace such to God and give Him the honour due Him. It is He who solely has the power to deliver and bring people forth into their large places. No man does this. The source of every good and perfect gift in timely and lasting promotion and ascension is still God. 

PRAYER: Lord, use Your power to bring me out of the prison and every hole I'm hidden into the palace and my large place of destiny and manifestation.

BROUGHT INTO A LARGE PLACE - Large Place Series 001

Psalms 18:19, KJV

"He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me." 

Brethren, the Psalmist says, "God brought him forth into a large place..." "Into a large place" immediately begins to make us question where the Psalmist had been before. If He says, "God brought him forth into a large place", then it reasons to say he must have been a man of narrowness and one acquainted with straitness. Till then, he never had room enough for manifestation. So, his saying that immediately hints at the deliverance of the Lord to him from his straitness and land of contest and limitation to where he now has the ocean for himself as platform to manifest. In that same verse, he then said, "he delivered me." Deliverance is always from something evil to something good. So indeed, with what the Psalmist expressed, he had to be delivered from all the possible things hindering full blown manifestation. His deliverance is therefore from narrowness, restriction and limitedness round about. There's nobody who's caged or in prison that ever has free movement or could do what any unhindered human would do like the exercise of free movement or freedom of association. A measure is immediately put on him and he's defined by it. He may has plans but his plans are always overruled because of the location and situation he has found himself in. Consider all the apostles who were jailed many times as typical examples. While in the prison, they either couldn't do the work of evangelism or do it well. God knows this and on many occasions had to save them and put them back on the streets where their feet would be unhindered to roam and continue spreading Him. This is bringing forth into a large place. A place where one has freedom of movement and could act freely, unhindered and without fetters. 

A large place is such that allows and affords you many opportunities of manifestation. In a large place, it looks as if you have charmed everybody to believe and fall under your spell. In a large place, you have all the time to yourself to show off all God has been secretly wrathing in you. You seem to have time enough to be felt or experienced. In a large place, no one puts a cost on what they'll be doing for you. Since it's a place God solely opens and brings you into, no man has the mouth to reproach you for what they've done for you. In a large place, you're unrestricted and uncontested with. The floor is yours. A large place is then also a place where at your appearance, everything is provided for. The table would have been set and made ready for you. What they await is your appearance to take your place. Your manager awaits you in such place. Sponsors would be readily at hand there. All of them will be dying to do your bidding. Once God opens up a place to you called the "large or wide place", you have space enough for any manifestation or display that might have been crossing your mind for years yet without any opportunity to let the world see what you're made of. Tis show time there! A wide place is a land teeming with opportunities. Everybody accepts you because God must have gone ahead you to persuade them of you. There will be a kind of submission and unto you their gathering and hearing shall be. In a wide place, you can jump up if you will, you can shake if that's what is coming to your mind, you may run if that's the next thing you want to show them and you may fly yet none would put a measure or restriction on what you should ever be able to do. Wide place is your arrived time for manifestation. The unhindered! In a wide place, I see a door of many opportunities but without or little opposition. I see a destiny that is disrobing to let loose all He has been prepared for. It's a place of impression: to impress, make one's mark and establish one's reputation and prowess for what he'll be forever known for. 

I say, "be brought forth into your wide place." Let all narrowness, restriction and your daily dying and requesting for an open space for manifestation and opportunities receive a solution. Be brought where there's room enough beneath your feet to run and manifest. The Psalmist has that revelation when he says: "thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip (Psalms 18:36, KJV). How does God enlarge people's steps under them? It is by giving them enough space or room so that they'll be able to carry wide unrestricted steps. If you're in a very narrow place where you can't even turn adequately, you'll be mandated to move and not at a very fast pace or with wide steps. Such narrow space immediately places a restriction on how wide you could select steps but what happens when you're brought into a large space? You may take a quantum leap if you want. There's just room enough for anything that crosses your mind. All your "misbehaviours" are accommodated by the space enough provided. A wide place is the dream land of anyone whom God has been working secretly on and doesn't want to go unnoticed with his gifting and calling. At a bringing forth to a large place, the world receives them, are satisfied and blessed for having been privileged to see what lies in their gulf. Be brought into your wide place today. A place where God has spread a table before you. Yes, in the presence of all. 

PRAYER: Lord, bring me into my large place.  A  place where I'm afforded and awaited with every opportunities to aid my manifestation without restrictions.

HOVERING AND INVOCATION FOR A PURPOSE - Intro to Large Place Series 

Genesis 1:1-2, KJV

"1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."

First of all, let me speak to those with callings. If you're digging a verse and God still has more to do from it especially if you're a teacher, He'll continue to brighten, dazzle and stir you on that verse. Your interest will be sustained to keep digging it tirelessly even if you've tilled that particular place before. That's because God has a purpose to achieve through your teaching it out. When the Spirit of God hovered upon the surface of the waters and did for long, it was for incubation. Something was soon to be birthed. A tarrying and focus on anything can't be purposeless. God stayed on that water because He had seen something to work on and later to call forth. So, once God has not finished dealing with His people on a matter or if it were the people who had escaped His dealings, God could come through with such encounter again. Such revelation though afore tilled would be loaded with fresh benefits to take which you'll definitely find attractive to explore. There'll be a new side of it to see and you'll have a rejoicing in your heart like never before. In that way, you'll know that God still has a thing for His people from the same place and on the same revelation. If not, He won't be going and coming on it; hovering and ploughing it. God is intentional please. 

Last year around July-August, I began teaching on destiny land or Rehoboth because God brought me into its revelation and understanding massively. I later found out that a father in the kingdom slated a gathering with the same theme, "Rehoboth" for their International Ministers' Retreat. I was made strong and very much delighted. This year again, August - September to be specific, God took me back to Rehoboth and I began to teach on it. A series even came from it again. Would God not have a purpose for recalling me to till with emphasis a particular truth to the body of Christ? Now, things on Rehoboth, the finding and settling in that destiny land which also has to do with being granted a platform for  manifestation and yet without restriction or contest is turning in the mind of God again and He has found me to express it. I thought it had ended but the Spirit wants us further still. It is this furtherance specifically called for by God's Spirit that assures me God has a definite plan to take, relocate and situate some who have or haven't contacted a message on this before to where they'll be rested, situated and where there won't be contest from any quarters to debate what they've been called to do. Rather, they'll have room enough and free hand enough to either go left or right in the multitude of the space God will give them. 

If it has not finished you'll know because it'll keep surging and bubbling. A hovering will still happen. God might do this by reviving interest in the former revelation even by giving you a new verse to till yet in line and perfect thematic symphony with the last. God has come to brood over us and to invoke with a great stirring which path to go again. As we launch into this series titled, "Large Place" Series, may God make your path cross with your destiny. May God ordain your time to be now and cause you to be given free hand of manifestation instead of being fought, hindered and restricted from being fruitful in your land. Gates will open to you of their own accord and you'll have light and know-hows on journeying into destiny. 

PRAYER: Lord, may I not escape all you want to make me in destiny. Loose me into destiny and cause every man and forces on earth to receive me so.

YOUR PLACE!

Read Matt.5:13-16

Matthew 5:15, KJV 

"Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house."

You are the light of the world. A city that's set on a hill can't be hidden. You are meant for manifestations: a kind of signs and wonders to the world. You have a place and God's intention and commitment to see you to same is very much settled. Everybody will have their days of little beginning. This day is characterized by humility in achievement. No name, no fame yet there may be calling, the anointing, glory and God's approval on you. That day is like a candle lit and put under a bushel. That candle also has a light to shine to its world but its light has been hindered, described, curtailed and covered. So, people wouldn't be able to taste of its far reaching capabilities. What is the capability of any light? To make people see. But because this one has not been given an entrance into the body of Christ or the world at large, it still remains where its light is not known for what it could do. It has the light, the very thing that everybody is seeking to rejoice in and by which they want to be enlightened so they won't fall or grope in darkness but because it's not yet meeting its ordained season or because it has not been endorsed by God, this light with all its capabilities remain hidden and unprofitable like a candle under a bushel. His geography has been defined. It can go far but not further. That bushel is also an instrument and device that Satan and those who don't want you to shine do initiate to curtail one's glory, name and fame. They won't want you to fill the room like the alabaster box containing ointment that was broken here which immediately set loose the fragrance and perfume coming from it (Mark 14:3). Only God knows what your calling could become if it's not hindered or curtailed. As it spreads its branches, tentacles and wings, it may reach nations and even continents. People might have been orchestrated to see beyond your light as it transcends the shore of your nation but are you still under a bushel? Are you still under a man who calls himself a mentor but yet has become an overbearing father. If he has lost sight of what you should become and has slipped into selfishness, may God lift his thumb off you so you might rise and go all the way spreading your light without definition of boundary or manifestation. Don't wrestle him, wrestle God to free you and take you further. He'll do His own work. 

But here's another lit candle. This one is as well lit and with the same capabilities as the first. However, this one has found or let me say gotten to its Rehoboth - a place where room is made for it. A place where if he wants to shine and burn a thousand times, he's all allowed. He's on his height, on the platform of destiny known as the lamp stand to give light to all in the room and people are willing to rejoice in his light as long as it tarries. This candle is that performer, artiste or star who's not restricted. On the stage, it displays its capabilities freely and eloquently and becomes the manifested and famed candle not because he has the light but because his light and unique gifting and abilities are allowed to be expressed and have been brought out where they could be contacted and experienced. I therefore pray that if you have a manifestation to manifest, may God bring you into a wide place for your feet. May the One I cry to day and night spread a table before you even in the presence of your enemy. May he allow you to leave your neighborhood or community into a location and place of acceptance where the ground is made ready for you and where destiny has ordained you should encounter your purpose of living and giftedness. It is not that the candle under the bushel has no light to display but a lamp stand or environment was denied it. Today, you won't become again and again victim of your curtailing environment, human or satanic doings.

PRAYER: Set me on my lamp stand, on my heights. I colonize my hills. Free me into destiny.

LET'S WATCH IT!

Read Acts 5:25-39

Acts 5:38-39, KJV

"38 And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: 39 But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God."

The counsel of Gamaliel in the council of the elders is what many need to heed today. There are many who sincerely have a call or mandate on them. They begin to show traits of greatness or of a call towards an area but same is discouraged and shut down. Why don't we allow them and watch the genuineness of what they said they've discovered or are manifesting. No one should have fear amidst us brethren putting his gifts to test or his abilities to work. Even if it never worked as he thought, he should be comforted, ministered to as not to be used by any familiar spirit in the wrong office and encouraged never to relent being a co worker with God. He should find himself again and he will.

There's much room for testing. None ought to be afraid to launch out and see to be proved right or wrong. The elders in today's passage weren't allowing that. They were after shutting the disciples down. They'll want them to preach no more in the name of Jesus. They've been afore jailed but miraculously brought out by an angel who sets them to preach without again. The elders counselled together to have them killed but this admonishment of Gamaliel sets them free as to what process and test every work anyone says he's starting should be subjected to. 

"The Lord has called me!" That's good. If the Lord has called you, we'll see whether your profession would become manifestation that'll continue or it'll be a thing you'll start that'll be dissolved. What God wants us know is this. He has overall administrative power and control over His kingdom. He knows what to permit or shut down. Ahead of time as pointed out by Gamaliel, two men have risen and have drawn multitudes after themselves. What were their fate? They were scattered, their works dissolved and their lives terminated. Why? It is not of the Lord. Everyone should hear that and fear. If you're not called into an office or a thing, you shouldn't hurry into it or fake it. You'll only go and not go further. You'll only start and not continue. It won't be long before you'll become an object of mockery. Being called doesn't mean having learnt all the knowledge in this world but it means having the commitment of God with you as the called and that one, money can't buy. That was the test Gamaliel had learnt God to be faithful to and was calling all those elders to submit to, embrace and let God "sieve the wheat from the chaff."

I found out that many people are unnecessarily jealous for God. The jealousy of the elders here set them in conflict with God. The very one they might be fighting for. How deceived humans may be? Yet, God has set in motion processes to sieve off the godly from the ungodly and the called from he who called himself. What is God's has a way of being fed by Him to continue and transcend times and seasons. The persecution doesn't matter. The killing of its adherents only makes faith of others stronger while bringing more to the faith. Despite wanting to break their work, they grow because this is the work the Lord recognizes. He ordains this.  But for as many that have not been initiated or endorsed by God, their destinies are like those two broken works that Gamaliel mentioned. This should be our comfort because God is a God Who separates between the wheat and the chaff. The ungodly will not always stand in the congregation of the righteous and if you've been jealous for God as to why some desecrate His altars, I'll say He's nearer than you think. 

Psalms 1:4-5, KJV

"4 The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. 5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous."

God's judgement is nearer and He'll take away every pseudo work and pseudo ministers from His vineyard. Their judgement is near and has gone ahead them. They shall not always continue. But he who does the will of God shall continue and have his work planted. 

PRAYER: Lord, I submit my work for divine test in fear. May my work win your approval.

YOUR CALLING; YOUR GREATNESS

Isaiah 51:1-2, KJV

"1 Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged. 2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him."

At your coming to the earth, God does not have to give you money. In fact, He won't give you money but He'll pack you with gifts and calling. That's your provision for the journey and it's that one that determines what or who you'll become on earth. The calling and the gifts are two capsules that harbour your greatness if tilled. 

Romans 11:29, KJV  

"For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance."

Your calling is a manifestation of your gifts while your gifts are also manifestations of your calling. They unravel each other. This is why much emphasis must be laid on discovery. You did not arrive empty and hollowed on the inside. You came full but must go empty after letting the calling use your body and humanity. You're human but you carry God's writing and mandate in your spirit. At salvation, you receive God's nature and on going, you have clarity as to what your purpose should be. Then, discharge is what is left. Your calling will be clearer and louder than anything that'll be pouring into your soul. It'll become or create a pathway inside you telling you, "this is the way. Walk therein." All of us have what we must live for. As we fulfill it by time, we have some minimal level of satisfaction to ease us. Hunger and unsatisfactoriness is what God uses to call us to pursue it further until we each fulfil our course. Once you're acknowledged to be called, unnatural or gifted in a thing by your community, peers, elders etc, ensure it doesn't slip. Rather, nurture same to a peak where your gifts or calling would be useful to you without you necessarily giving it the attention of being useful to you. God is a God of disguise. He doesn't place the future as a whole in your hands but He requires of you faith to carry steps to unfold what lies beyond as you go.

Once you discover calling, and you begin to push that you fulfill it, as you attack a mandate on earth on behalf of God, you're not doing so without an earthly reward. God has destined that your reward be kept in your calling - in the one you till, plough and seriously heed to. The labourers deserve their wages was what Jesus Himself said. Is Jesus telling you something that as long as you do the job you'll have the wherewithal? You won't transcend the earth before you'll begin to reap the rewards of tilling your calling. God made it so.

Calling do expand also. What is inside it can't be underestimated. As a matter of fact, all of us don't know what our neighbour could become if he ploughs his calling and let that equipping of God possess him to become somebody for God in his own time. You have heard of many great men - those who did the extraordinary and the impossible. You wondered how. All they did was aided them by their callings. In your calling, you're taking over. It is no longer you but the God of the calling or the caller. That's why the Bible says, "faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it (I Thessalonians 5:24, KJV).  Today, God is making calling delightful to one or two. You should enter into your calling. Look at Abraham your father and Sarah your mother. Look at what God made out of them after calling them out alone and making demands of Isaac on him. They became father and mother of nations. That's your story and your end. If you walk the path of the calling, everything you ever desire will satisfy you as you go. What you yet don't have is in your calling somewhere in the future reserved for you. 

PRAYER: Lord, draw me after my purpose. No more reluctance. I yield to your call for my life

WHEREVER IT IS SETTLED

Matthew 3:1, 5, KJV  

"1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 3 Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan,"

There's no place where a calling is based that it won't become the desire of the people. Remoteness of the place doesn't matter. What is very sure is that calling has an attracting power. Something of it will draw people. Something of it will make all seek it. This is John the Baptist in the wilderness. The wilderness is obviously not a very good place to go to situate a ministry but here he is in the wilderness and yet all goes to him. If there was water there, he'll probably have baptized all of them there. Calling has potency. It has potency to turn remoteness into a city. Once you're given calling and you begin to till it, the next thing you'll begin to see is God's commitment. There's no bargaining about that. This God's commitment will make you find water even if you dig on the rock. That's what calling does. 

Look, if as a man of the calling, you're thrusted to the dunghill or the backside of the town, you shouldn't argue. It will only take awhile before all the community will come out to you. Where you are will become the new centre that kings will covet. It'll be where people want to stay and live. It's because apart from calling attracting, there's something in every calling that retains and holds people. It is where the carcass is, the vultures or eagles gather (Matt.2 4:28). They not only visit but they also want to stay till the carcass persists. In the calling of any anointed minister, there's something to gather round, rejoice in or covet after. There's something to troop out to listen to. By experience, that thing always hold people. They'll always want to come back. 

The fact that calling spreads and it could take a settlement for itself could be chronicled through Isaac's life. First of all, Abimelech told Isaac to go out from them because as a prince, just as a person, he has become greater than them all. It seems Isaac is spreading too much. Multiplication is happening in a way that it seems he wants to absorb the Philistines until it'll look as if he was the one who lent them land to live. Out of envy, Abimelech sent him packing. This brought him to Esek. Yet, they wouldn't allow him stay there because it is too close to them. They knew like a gourd, he'll soon grow towards them again. By contention and strife, he moved to Sitnah and they wouldn't allow again. They had to collect the well he dug in that new settlement again. Since there's no wherewithal to take life from, he moved again until he must have justifiably moved away from their jurisdiction and places where their bolt of envy is easily jolted up (Gen. 26:16-22). But we've just learnt from Isaac that wherever calling is settled, it always become the envy of people. Also, calling is not afraid of pioneering a new settlement. That calling can't but be fruitful in that land. The fear of not letting him settle in Esek and Sitnah has very much to do with soon colonizing those places and looking towards them and they don't want him make them insecure. How does it happen? Calling! Covenant blessing. 

There's nothing I like than pioneering a church. As in planting a church and watching it grow. It makes me prove the calling. A believer can plant a church but any called man will have better results planting a church and I like watching that. I like seeing forests become a new place where commercial life begin to spring from. I like seeing a dilapidated but renovated building become where people raise holy hands. I like seeing people begin to covet such place and that's because someone came to plough it. That's because a calling is walking there. No matter the unfortunate story attached to a land or a place, that holds until a calling starts work there. Calling has power of overhauling that evil to making that place better reputed. The reputation that'll go henceforth about that place would make headlines in order to attract people. People who had known the gothic scenes happening there before would come and prove it and would find that, "this water has been healed." All on calling. The equipping of a man or woman given him or her to take over a place for God and erect God's kingdom there and manifest same for the liberation of mankind. Today, God has delighted in you. Where you are is where He is. By that calling on you, we can't put a limit on what God can do through you. Till the calling!

PRAYER: Lord, situate us where there's need. Open our eyes to till the calling. Anoint missionaries and church planters for more. Let people, lands and houses open up to them.

ONCE YOU HEED THE CALL

John 4:34, KJV

"Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work."

Once you discover your calling and heed same, you have a thing to pursue. Calling is not for the lazy and if you've been afore lazy, it's time to labour and stretch to the length of your calling at heeding same. Calling gives you a meat to eat daily. It gives you something to muse over, busy with, take thought on and give concentration to above others. God does not intend that any man of the calling will live lackadaisically. Jesus modeled same to us through His life here. The disciples couldn't get Him to eat. He had seen the greatest muse, the very purpose for which He's alive to live for. He told them, "my meat is to do the will of He that sent me and to finish His work." A called man knows what to live for and prioritize above others. 

"My meat is to do the will..."

One, it is not Jesus' will but the will of He that sent Him. Your calling is not what you string together but what is given you to manifest on earth. Like a coding, it'll be left in you. It'll be so clear to you that you'll know what God in heaven declares you to be separate from who or what you shouldn't be. Personal discernment would always be there. 

"to do the will of He that sent Me."

Jesus is sent. Every man of the calling is sent. None sends himself. Coupled with their being sent is a message to preach or an act to manifest. As long as you're raised and sent by God, you'll have your own manifestation.

"And to finish His work..."

Only few in the Bible ever finished the work given them. That is their allocation. Once you start doing the calling and living it out daily, you'll have a witness if you're really progressing or not. Till now, no device has been invented to measure the level of inner satisfaction coming from doing the calling or not. However, each person will have discernment as to whether he's fulfilled or not. If you're being fulfilled but there's still much land to cover, you'll receive a beckoning in your spirit to pursue after another thing that God is shining in you. This is how somebody's work as the called don't finish until it is finished. Some began with a lone church and moved to having branches in their nations. Then, they moved on the media. From there, they had a drive to go to other nations. From there, they built great schools, orphanages and hospitals. It just continues on and on like that. This is how each thing that you ought to do next will be manifesting itself to you until you have totally finished His work. Anything any calling founds is actually not for that calling but for people to tap into. This is why we have to pray for anyone anywhere carrying calling that they'll find it to express. If not, humanity somewhere will suffer it. 

It's therefore my prayer that as you push to do what you've found as food, God will help you to finish this His very will so that you might confess even like Paul that you've finished your course (II Tim.4:7).

PRAYER: Invigorate me with passion, vision and energy to pursue calling and purpose anew.

READY! - Discipleship Series 004

Read Acts 9:10-17

Acts 9:10, KJV 

"And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord."

Another mark of a disciple is readiness. They must always be at hand. If you're not filled with your own ways, if you've not being employed by another spirit but this same Holy Spirit, then your availability should not come under siege whenever the Lord calls. This is where Christians as soldiers should not be underdeveloped. Many Christians aren't seeing themselves so. They have entangled and comforted themselves with the life of a civilian for long. At the call of God for duty, they're usually no where to be found and the work of the Lord suffers. It's when ministration knocks that some ministers would desire they had been praying, fasting and possessing their vessels in honour. They'll then begin to experience like the disciples whom Jesus told, "this kind goes not out but by prayer and fasting (Matt.17:21)" A disciple must therefore be ready. No sin must have singed his mind in order to convince him he's incapable but he must rather believe in the finished works of Christ to cast out devils and heal the sick. Here's Paul already in a broken stage. He needs ministry and ministration. Who will bear it to him is now what matters? A sacrificial life is a calling on any disciple. A life that can do away with their own ways and be useful for the Lord whenever he calls. Are you always ready or once called, you'll take awhile to be found? If you are, many souls would slip off being harvested. Your emergency sanctification is eyesore to the Lord. 

This same readiness is what Philip lived out. An angel told him, "arise and go toward the south unto the way that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza... (Acts 8:26). All other events after that were history. That Ethiopian Eunuch didn't escape Jesus that day and he was as well baptized. God must be able to lay hands on you any time any day. That's if you call yourself His vessel. A mark that the Lord has not possessed you is your unavailability whenever He has works immediately to do. You must have built reputation with the Lord so much more that if he calls at a minute to an occasion, you could sacrifice your sleep to pray on the dream He gives you (to evade what might happened). The recruitment going on is that of ready, at hand disciples. Those that'll be called and will say, "here I am, Lord." May God wean you of all things that has made you its own so you'll be a ready disciple of God. 

PRAYER: Lord, help me mature into readiness.
