OVERTAKING SATAN AND BEATING EVIL II - Knowing The Planned Time Series 004

Matthew 2:12, KJV

 "And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way."

God is our eyes and it gives us advantage that we are people who do receive divine communication. Imagine a soldier or a troop that's cut off from communication from the base. Will they know what ambush they're walking into headlong? Imagine a life without divine communication! I assure you, there can never be a testimony of divine escapes. 

We need to know! If we don't know, we will be played and toiled with. People will take us for granted and call us ordinary. You have heard people say, "I played him or I outsmarted him'. That's usually a mockery on the outsmarted person. God wants us to be above our enemy - the devil first of all. He's a player, a cunning serpent; a strategist to the core who beguiles and disarms his prey. However, through the purchases of Christ at redemption and through God's mind constantly revealed, you are above him. 

These wise men would not have been wise after all if God had not stepped in to be their eyes. May we not be otherwise known. May the reputation of good we have borne for years not suddenly disappear due to one event that proves it otherwise. You see, Herod was almost gaining an upper hand over them. His trickery had worked on them and none of them suspected the underlying evil and desire lurking in the secret corner of his heart. Many times, without planning it, I have outsmarted people even without my own knowledge but because I was very obedient to God's Word or specific revealed instructions for the time being. You cannot always tell what the devil has planned or is planning for you. You cannot always tell what it is he is faking or what he is camouflaging into. However, God can expose him. Just walk closely with Him and you'll receive knowledge of what you both prayed for and those you won't but which are priority to God to be revealed to you to act on.

Anyone will think Herod cares. As in, who'll have been suspicious that a king doesn't share goodwill for a new born baby. To confuse things, nothing in his speech or demeanor gives him off. He rather said, "go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also" (Matt. 2:8, KJV). 

Have you played with such people before? People who are impure and morbid inside but don't appear so outside. They'll sell you to the slave market if God doesn't become your eyes and light! However, God was their own eyes and they outsmarted Herod who thought he had outwitted them. He rather was wrath that he was made a fool of. 

"Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked (outsmarted) of the wise men, was exceeding wroth (angry) and sent forth and slew all the children..."

So shall it be for your opposing enemy (the devil and all humans he has found to use against you). Their schemes will turn on their heads. Herod wanted to make a fool of the wise men (and he already did) but God turned it back on his head through His own divine communication to the magi. So, instead of being the victim of his trickery, they escaped to their nativity through another way and made him the exact fool he wanted to make them. 

I pray for you that you'll not be a victim of the devil's strategy. God will expose the subtle acts of the devil in your life. Anyone who's fooling you is exposed. You're warned of them at this hour. Receive a knowing about their acts and by that, take dressing and know how to relate with them. Let God warn you of relationships to cut off in Year 2025, beginning from now. See those who don't share good will for you but who you often assure you'll contact once you make arrival. You're not a prey here. You're on the winning side and God is playing with you. I assure, your playing is playing to win!

PRAYER: I am playing to win. No matter the enchantment, bewitchment, subtilty etc, I shall not be confused or confounded.

OVERTAKING SATAN AND BEATING EVIL I - Knowing The Planned Time Series 003

Matthew 2:13, KJV

"13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him."

The kind of man or woman God wants you to become is he or she who outsmarts Satan in his plan and beats the evil he has planned. That place says, "because man does not know his time...(Eccl.9:12). As such, evil happens to him. However, God wants you to know the time (specific hole punched time) Satan has planned and cooked to take you out so that you can avoid it. When you know, you carry steps and implement counter plans to avoid the hole he has dug. When you successfully avoid his hole and you escape his snare, you continue to live on to see the tomorrow you shouldn't have seen if your life had been taken yesterday. As such, you outsmart the devil and beat his plans. 

Only those who will live with the knowing of what time Satan has deliberately planned to take them out would live on to see other days. When King Herod enquires of the wise men diligently what time the star appeared in order to send to kill baby Jesus, God moved with a counter plan and notified Joseph (the step dad of Jesus) of the need to vacate Bethlehem. As such, Jesus escaped death and was not part of those their parents mourned. Later on, we read, "and a voice was heard in Rama, lamentation and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel (symbolizing all the women or parents), weeping for her children and refusing to be consoled because they are no more" (Matthew 2:18).  What difference would it have made if at the time an angel spoke to Joseph to flee for his life, such parents also received communication from God to escape from that community. The sword would not have caught up with them. The Bible says, "then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under..." (Matthew 2:16). Imagine the mass mourning that day! If God tells you or you begin to experience it like withdrawing your child from a particular school, do go ahead. God might be teaching your spirit an imminent danger to avoid. One might just be around the corner. We've heard of boarding schools kidnappers burgled. Could God not have told a parent to go pick his ward for weekend only to discover why he had that unusual feeling?

You could have relocated to live somewhere but the time to leave there might have come in God's calendar. I hope you won't be stubborn saying, "I've become a citizen. I have my estate and my wealth here. I just can't leave here because all my friends and support are here. It has not even been long I got here." Then, you should be ready to face the tune and dance to the music when the event God wanted you to escape comes. The businesses and the estates you're talking about might be things slated to be wiped off by typhoon or one natural disaster. However, God wanted to preserve you alive. He wanted you to move the movables amidst what you have, withdraw your money or make necessary transfers and put plans on ground in a new place without being caught unawares. However, here you are arguing. The problem with man being trapped like fishes and snared like birds is simply unrealization of the time that has come upon him. The inability to read the signal and interpret it for what it is spells and always spells great danger for man - even the taking of his life. 

Knowing is a matter that life and death hinge on. It is either you know and you live or you disregard and perish!

PRAYER: I know to live in Year 2025 and beyond. I am not dull of hearing or knowing. I see today, tomorrow and years to come. I escape the sword and Satan's punched hole.

AWARENESS II - Knowing The Planned Time Series 002

Ecclesiastes 9:12, KJV 

"For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them."

You have heard cases of a spouse telling the other not to embark on a journey. This is very common with men. When the devil wants to take the shepherd of the family (the father) out, what he does is to execute him under the pretence of an obligation he cannot say no to. For instance, receiving a call to come for a contract he has been expecting. It'll go like this. "Am I on to Mr. XYZ? This is the Republic's Ministry of Work. You're to appear for the signing of some documents that finalize your winning and executing the contract on Project Bee Plan." He'll tell his wife, "I just cannot disappoint. This is what we've been trusting for. And what will happen if I do not go? Even Mr. OPQ who recommended me would not be happy hearing I missed such huge contract because of a flimsy excuse bordering on what I perceived to be threat or danger to my life." As such, he'll kickstart the vehicle and go. Often time, if such person returns, it's usually his dead body. The lament of the other spouse would be, "...but I warned him. I tried to dissuade him. Probably, I should have reported to our spiritual overseer. Probably, he would have been restrained." A thousand guesses and regrets would then follow. 

Free yourself! Nothing is as important as you. There's a Yoruba proverb that says, "if we still live, we shall eat better meats." Let that be your consolation. Never let the restraint of God be overshadowed by a sense of duty especially when you need clear spirit and discerning reason to judge if your way is prosperous or not. Evil will always happen on the earth. Till the Second Coming of Jesus, that won't stop but you are responsible for yourself, house and those who are connected to you. You're to see to the proper shepherding of each of them through the divine communication or knowing that you'll have. It is nobody's fault when harm comes to you but you blame another. It is really nobody's fault. Everyone is supposed to be able to hear the Shepherd for themselves and protect against imminent dangers. 

God is calling you to a specific recognition and understanding of the ounce of time you'll enter into even in year 2025. When you do, confusion is banished. Where you need to enter event with action or boldness, you'll do so because you're so assured, you're doing what should be done at that time. May you know the time that'll come upon you in 2025. May you know both the good and evil times. May you know the time to retire at home and the time to hurriedly sprout out of bed to catch an early appointment. May you know the day and the specific hour to avoid a usual place and when to patronize same. May you know when to board a plane or cancel a flight. May you know when to call for a gathering or let men be! May you know and be full of knowing. 

PRAYER: I know! I am aware! I am conscious! Once has the Lord spoken but twice have I heard. My spiritual tentacles are sound and sensitive!

AWARENESS - Knowing The Planned Time Series 001

Ecclesiastes 9:12, KJV

 "For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare; so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them."

God wants you to be aware. Without awareness, you will be carried away. Lack of awareness of the time that has come upon the fishes made them to be caught in an evil net and lack of awareness of the time that has come upon the birds make them to be trapped in a snare. They therefore become victims. Only if they had received a notification from somewhere, the fishes would have gone to hide in the deep and the birds would have rested in their nests for that day. They wouldn't have embarked on a journey that'll get them trapped. However, they just didn't know what time has come upon them. 

When you lack awareness of the time that has come or is coming upon you, you're made to look like a fool because events of life (evil ones) will just fall on you like that. You'll look like an unprepared and unprotected man. What could have been different if you had known and taken cover would just sweep you away like that. It is always painful when what we should execute now executes us. As such, God wants you to know! You must have awareness and at all times. 

For this cause, God wants to baptize you with awareness. Awareness is knowing and it doesn't come cheaply. Awareness or sensitivity comes by spending time with God. When you spend time before God in prayer, study of God's Word and fasting, without even asking, a part of God's plan and future events would sip into your spirit. It might seem natural to you or like something you didn't labour for but it is not. If you had not been in God's presence consistently, you wouldn't have been open to such information. But that'll be God sensitizing you to what you should do. It will include steps and plans. 

Henceforth, you'll not only sleep and wake up like you slept again. You'll wake up with knowings of what's to come. The future will break open before you even while awake and conscious. You will just understand. When you say you know and you're asked how you knew, you might not be able to tell the how specifically but the fact that you know will be confirm assuredly when the event you said you knew come to pass. Today, you're exempted from the camp of those who don't know. As you resolutely and commitedly fellowship with God on daily basis, even if that'll only be through the practice of a devotional habit, God shall bring you knowing and information that'll keep you standing when others have been blown away! You know and will always know!

PRAYER: Draw me nearer Lord! Draw me closer to fellowship and communion with you. May I see my relationship with you as life and as a crux for knowing.

THE ASTOUNDINGLY BRILLIANT STUDENT

Confess Psalm 139

Psalms 147:4, KJV

"He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names."

Today, God is bringing you the cure to a sluggish mind or even memory. Praise God! There's a remedy which the Lord has made ready which if taken today, you'll see its results. 

This Psalm above has been making me smile. May the Spirit dissect it for us. It says, "He tells the number of the stars, He calls them all by their names." Who is the "He" being referred to there? Who's the fellow who by all capacity possible knows extraordinarily as to tell the number of the stars and then go further to call them all by their names? Who? Who is that one empowered with such capacity?

It is God - the Creator of heaven and earth. No information is outside Him. He's so brilliant that He knows the exact number of hairs on our heads individually though they vary (Matt.10:30). Psalm 139:1- 6 talk of his astounding brilliance and comprehension. He knows all things that was, is and will be. God is the all brilliant One. It is this special gift and intelligence which sits at the core centrality of who God is that enables Him to be able to tell the number of the stars (which are so numerous that we doubt if science has discovered them all let alone give names to them all). Does God not deserve our applause as the all brilliant One then?

The truth is this brilliance could become yours. Prophets and those who koinonia with God to have His mind revealed to them also do have this knowledge and exercise such brilliance. They could not only know the past, present or future but things do become revelatory and lucid (clear) to them. At such time, codes are broken and all mysteries are demystified to them. Anyone who's anointed to do anything or fulfill a purpose on earth would always hit on and exercise such intelligence where He is called to subdue also. At times, they're taught by their anointing (the anointing of their fields) and so knows all things. To this end, they may not require a teacher. They'll just know and keep knowing what next to do. As a matter of fact, A could lead into B for them. Insights and such breakthroughs they have into Science, Fiction Writing, Economics, History or Spirituality would make outsiders wonder if these are really men like themselves. I tell you (repeating after the psalmist himself), "ye are gods" (Psalm 82:6). You're meant to showcase and reveal the extraordinary to the praise of He Who calls and loves you.

Oh, what a thing that God could tell the number of the stars yet still call them each by name. It means information or much of it couldn't and can't bug down His mind. It means God is never confused by information overload. His mind is so active and so should yours. Like a sponge, He has soaked all in, does retain it all and yet can still reproduce it all. What a thing! According to discovery, there are approximately 200 billion trillion stars in the universe. Another way, 200 sextillion stars which in figure is 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000! This may be amidst many undiscovered yet. Now, that place says, "God knows the number of stars." That's top mastery in its class for Him knowing that much number. Being able to know and dictate out the number of something that exists individually by its unit or course is a brilliance depicted and on top of the world supremely. However, His brilliance didn't stop there. Part B of that verse says, "...He calls them all by their names." This is where I think God should experience difficulty and meet a stumbling block in discharging His motive and assignment of calling them all by their names. Yet, He could not only call them by their names; if prompted, He could go on to tell us about each of them - their features and purposes. What a God! He has a very comprehensive incomprehensible mind! I'm basking for you and wagging my tail in your praise. You're too much. If God doesn't confuse the name of one for another considering their number, it means He's extraordinarily brilliant. 

Now, I said your child - boy or girl could have this kind of mind. That aren't a joke. He could become that brilliant, intelligent and of much understanding! The Bible already promises us having more understanding than all our teachers (Psalm 119:99). So, it's possible.

When you see a brilliant student, information doesn't puzzle him no matter the quantity. As a matter of fact, he could act absent mindedly but don't think he didn't get all taught him. He does. Let's say he were to talk about Nations, Tongues and Tribes for instance. He would start by telling you the seven continents that be. He'll then zero in on a particular continent - let's say Africa. After telling you about the geography and details on Africa, he'll proceed to the countries that make up Africa. He'll then endeavour to tell us about these countries individually - about each of the tribes that make them up - their qualities, unique culture, history etc. Imagine him picking Nigeria and wanting to explain on the over 200 tribes we have in the country. That's great work right yet that's not quarter of one-tenth of God's erudity of knowledge and accuracy! As tedious as that info of tracing it down to the least or minute unit is or may be, such student won't become confused or find it discouraging. Why? Like the Spirit vibrated on the waters in Genesis 1:2, a vibration and walkover of his mind has been done by God's Spirit. Because His mind is this cultivated, impressed, intimated and imprinted on by God's, he'll retain whatsoever is sown in it even to its least detail and would be able to reproduce it even in larger and unbelievable details than taught him. This is the brilliant student. He can't but become an exception. If He's a Biologist, he'll know all the names of the plants that be like Solomon (I Kings 4:33). That'll include the birds. If you ask him to talk about birds to you, he could spend a year dwelling and talking only on their feathers/wings and the types or differences they have. Specimens would be clearly labelled and called by what they are by him. For short, he'll excel Darwin in collection of natural life and identification of it.

God wants to vibrate on your child's mind today. He wants to strengthen his mind for adult's business and professional's erudity. As such, let's give handle for that just by confessing in strong believe that Psalm 147:4. Let's say your ward's name is "Ipadeola." Confess this way: "Ipadeola tells the number of the stars and calls them all by their names." You may repeatedly do it. That ain't an ordinary act. It'll bring the power, potency and desire of that psalm and this revelation I'm sharing with you into his life. A replication of what God does and is capable of doing will immediately transfer in fast transient into your ward's life. As God's vessel, appointed and anointed for different occasions and demands (Isa.61:2), I declare that your ward receives such elastic mind that knows the number of the stars and that could proceed to call them by names or label them rightly as they are. No confusion but proper mastery, remembrance and reproduction in grander style and better fashion than he was taught. Here, your child knows it all. His mind is strong. I'm seeing a line of thread being strengthened so much more that as it is being drawn on either size, it does not break. The feeble mind is made capable. It'll become so enlarged, engraced and empowered that it'll be like the sucker plant trapping into itself whatsoever impinges on it. It'll be, "as soon as your son hears or sees something, he gets and can act it out." So shall it be. I seal it by God's Word which is irreproachable. For those with pregnancies, lay your hand on your belly and make same confession. Parents of toddlers should do same. This revelation counters amnesia or memory loss. Even if you're 92, you'll be quickened to have such mind that knows the number of stars and call them all by their names. This is what the Lord has wrought. Do receive it!

PRAYER: Thank you Lord for this new anointed mind, understanding and comprehension. So it is unto me.

WHEN YOUR CALLING PEEPS OUT - Become Series 003

Exodus 2:11-12, KJV

"11 And it came to pass in those days, when Moses was grown, that he went out unto his brethren, and looked on their burdens: and he spied an Egyptian smiting an Hebrew, one of his brethren. 12 And he looked this way and that way, and when he saw that there was no man, he slew the Egyptian, and hid him in the sand."

There are people who have stumbled on their calling like a striker does without still identifying it for what it is. They sure had a peak experience doing that thing but they sure let it go. They couldn't hold unto it, repeat it and live out that same life. 

Your calling will peep out. The fact that your calling will peep out might also be reinforcing one fact. That your calling is inside you already and is seeking expression like a flood of waters seeking a water way. 

Here's Moses! The activity that pushed him into finding his calling is not as important as his calling that he stumbled on. However, he himself might not know that God has marked that he should be the deliverer of Israel. However, the act of injustice that he so detests spurs his going into action of rebellion against the authority. The Bible says, "looking here and there, and seeing no one, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand." 

This is actually the future of Moses he has stumbled on. Daniel Everette, the great linguist started out like this. At the American/Mexican border, he was just interested in the diverse culture and language of the natives. He never knew that this attraction is his calling peeping out and seeking expression. Daniel Everette would later go on to become a world renown linguist and the only one to succeed amidst many who had tried and failed to break the Piraha code of the Piraha people of the Amazon Jungle of the Brazilian Rainforest. 

Our calling is inside us. It is inside each of your ward. Observe them and you'll see their calling peeping out to manifest. The time for them to be stabled in their calling might not have arrived but if they're called into that motivation stirring in them, they'll find their way there. God has a way of making the path of anyone meet with his calling. He'll lead, guide and ensure he is mentored in same. Though Moses fled away from Egypt and lived in a foreign land for 40 years, yet his living with Jethro and keeping his sheep is actually the right mentoring programme that God used in reforming his character into that of a shepherd that'll be able to bear with stiff-necked Israel. Later on, we see God calling Moses into his calling at the experience of the burning bush. Today, Moses is one of the famed characters of the Bible not because he once killed an Egyptian but because he eventually led Israel out of captivity and fulfilled his calling as God had ordained. 

It is in this light that anyone can understand why God had protected him even when he would have been killed as a baby. The fact that he has a special destiny is revealing in God's commitment to him therefore. Be full of observation, your child would put up act in what he's called. What his future work will be would catch his attention and he might rejoice in it for awhile or often. Once you solidly confirm, don't lose that ground but rather train him in that. 

PRAYER: Lord, stir, spur, drive my wards in the direction of their callings. Without an exception, may I act and be directed in the path of my calling.

HAVING AN EXPECTED END - Become Series 002

Jeremiah 29:11, KJV 

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."

You can't know what a drug can do experientially unless you take it. The potential hidden in that capsule or tablet would be manifested in you once it is swallowed and it all goes to work. As sure as the manufacturer is, that drug never fails and it has been specifically made to meet certain health needs like you might have. While that drug is potent however and powerful to recover, he who refuses to take it can't witness to its healing power. 

In like manner, God says, "I know the thoughts that I have towards you, thoughts of good and not of evil to give you a hope and a future." In simple terms, there are certain potentials that we could become or peak as God highlighted here. Revelatory, one of the ways - if not the germane way through which God gives us a hope and a future is through our ordained calling. God has planned for every human being and He has afore ordained that when you do the life's work that He created or fitted you for at creation, that you become an expected end that'll be collosal. 

One of the major hindrances to having hope (continued expectation or trust of gigantic thing) is when you have missed it and have gone into fields that you're less equipped for. God didn't created you to disgrace you or clip your wings. He wanted you to manifest and function succinctly and effectively to the end of the world. So, He loads you with gifts and potentials that are specifically crafted or most suited for a field or way of life. It is not everybody that can endure solitariness I know that because I can but my wife hates it. However, some by their makeups are fitted naturally for such kind of life. So, if you've ever heard that someone became a nun or monk or goes on to become a sage who lives by himself without any interruption from humans except relation with nature, you might begin to have access into the wisdom why some chose certain fields and ways of life and why others find it boring and unacceptable. I don't know any prophet who is not naturally suited for solitariness. If he is not naturally suited, he'll be beaten into one to the measure he can have relationship and communication with God. 

The hope that God will renew or kindle in you (as you feel called and you pursue relentlessly your calling) will lead undebatably to a future or an expected end. When God says, "an expected end", it means "a conclusive end." When God created you, He created your years to come and ordained the details of things you should become as well. Read Jeremiah 1:5 to see how conclusively God talked about Jeremiah. He wasn't an afterthought at all! So, if you align with your destiny and live as the fated one, your result will be the expected one. The kind that has been predestined, foreshadowed or prophecied or slated. Reading through the synoptic gospels, you'll see, "and it is written that it might be fulfilled..." Jesus lived the ordained life. Even when His parents took him to live in Nazareth after the demise of Herod and their return to Israel, the Bible says, "that it might be fulfilled that He is a Nazarene" (Matt.2:23). 

God has ordained that you meet it so as slated or have it as the words of His mouth or His plans have slated also. When you do your life's work (where your destiny is coded and concealed), you'll meet it so. As you go on carrying steps, you'll be unwrapping many things God has kept and hidden for you in that specific calling of yours. 

This reminds me of a revelatory dream or vision Bishop Dag Heward Mills had. He said he was journeying and he came on a heap of gold. Then, he stopped, devising how to move the gold and possess it all. He actually thought of calling for a truck to move the entire thing. But just then, he heard a voice or so saying, "you don't have to halt because of this. Continue your ministry. On the road that I have called you, there are many more of such reward. Just fill your hand with some handfuls and put it in your pocket and journey on."

Brethren, the promise of a future and a hope or an expected end as put by some other versions is a manifestation of heeding your destiny. Like a capsule or tablet coded with healing potentials, your destiny is concealing the expected end you could become and will become when your calling is heeded. Your calling is the capsule carrying your destiny or everything God planned you should get great by. Mark that!

PRAYER: I see right and live right. I pursue my calling and become its expressly predicted end.
